I don't know what happened to this company over the last few months but the level of service has gone down faster than a hooker on Broadway. If you need a ride and you schedule a time to get picked up, they will only show up an hour early or an hour late. Those are the only two options. It is their policy to fit your appointment time in with what works best in their schedule and not even remotely get you on time, they will tell you this over the phone if you call. And don't even think about being back on time if they are getting you after your appointment. What should be a total drive time of 10 minutes literally turns out to be a 3 hour affair time and time again. The person I spoke with today took the time to genuinely try to help, he listened to everything and tried to find a solution but the last 3 months have been just a battle with everyone. I can not keep fighting with them about being even somewhat on time. They continually do whatever they want, whenever they want and point blank refuse to follow a set schedule that is the same every week for every appointment even though they are contractually obligated to comply. I have called multiple times and have spoken to every person I can within that company from drivers to dispatchers to supervisors and they all lie, manipulate and cut corners to suck every last dime they can out of your pocket by continually putting people in situations that inconvenience the customer. It is astonishing that they can let this situations get to this much of a tipping point. I, like someone else has already said, would give them less than 1 star if I could, not 0, -4. used to like this company but not anymore. I'm in a wheelchair. My appointment for pick up was for tuesday 7:45 am. I called on monday to confirm. They said i never made the appointment. then they said my pick up was for rehab not a Doctor. I dont go to rehab right now. I remade the pick up and guess what? they never showed up I called them at 8 am the gave me run around all morning. they kept saying give us more time. by 9 am they said 45 more minutes. my appointment was for 9:20 am I finally lost it and yelled forget it. your company is terrible, I'm never riding with you again. Now that I think about it, I wonder if they treated me like this because I put in a incident report for their driver and his assistant for breaking the loaner wheelchair I had. this says im in california but i'm not i live in buffalo new york read more

The drivers I have never had issues with but that co-owner and his dispatchers r a complete joke. I am collecting prof of false advertisement against this company and if I take it to court anyone willing to sign a complaint letter or offer any prof they have of their own late pick ups missed appointments for a late pick up or phone calls letters or anything is welcome to join me at getting justice for such rude disrespectful and unprofessional service from the dispatchers and Gary at Buffalo Transportation. The cars are dirty, TWO seperate times I used this company the drivers were playing loud "gangster rap" with me in the car.... The owner, Gary, with a thick Russian/Armenian accent, did not care about my complaint and offered no apology. I'm beginning to lose hope on Buffalo cab companies. read more
