The service at this location is absolutely TERRIBLE. Years ago, when my family and I would dine in, it took forever to see our waitress and even longer to get a drink or our food. I thought that in the few years since I've been there that they would improve but I was sadly mistaken. We ordered wings to go a couple weeks ago and they forgot to submit our order when we gave them an hour notice (we were driving) and it was another 15 min wait by the time we got there. We ordered BOGO wings and were over charged and told we could not receive the BOGO on the account that we "ordered wrong" which was FALSE. We paid an EXTREME amount and were missing 30 out of the 60 wings that we should of had, and didn't check this until we got home. We called and they tried to only give us a free 20 piece wing... we were expecting $ money back at least but they agreed to give us 30 free next time. This is the second time they've overcharged us and refused to give us the BOGO when we order the correct size/amount! The servers and managers often refuse to correct our ticket. Fell in love with this place the day I had my first meal there. The employees are awesome, good beer, & fantastic wings. The sauce selection for the wings beats any wing place. Most places that sell wings try and create the "spiciest" wings, but "B-Dubs" definitely takes the medal for having some flavorful & divine sauces. Gotta try my all-time favorite mango habanero, as well as the spicy garlic and parmesan garlic. A lot of people love the asian zing, but i'm not so much of a fan. I've never been impressed with Danville BDubs either. Been going there since opening and the service and food quality has always been hit and miss. They always seem to make the wings dry and I have to send them back for more sauce. The cold beer is the only thing bringing me back. The worst place in Danville! Bad food and even worse service. Asked to have a playoff hockey game turned on and was told we were "SOL"! No other major sports were going on at the time.
