first time being in buffalo wild wings after many years and our experience wasn't the greatest unfortunately. i don't enjoy leaving bad reviews. it took a while to get attention from a waiter to take our drink orders. and they brought out 4 waters/silverware when we had 5. once we ordered, the food took over an hour to come. the food didn't come out at the same time so some were just sitting waiting for everyone else's food. we ordered wings, cheese curds, and burgers. despite the bad service, my boneless wings were quite good and crunchy. i got nashville hot and lemon pepper. overall the service wasn't the greatest unfortunately but the food was still good. i understand we came in during the BOGO days and the staff must've been overwhelmed. i would come back to buffalo wild wings but not sure if i would come back to this location. read more

Terrible experience! I pre-ordered 50 wings and some sides two days before the Super Bowl to be picked up at 4:50pm. That's the story he told us.My husband asked the guy, who may have been the Assistant Manager were they short staffe.. He said they were in the kitche. My husbnd and brother asked was the manager available and he checked and she finally came over. She was apparently assisting in the kitchen. My husband stated to her we would have not known there was a staffing shortage unless we asked. My husband said to the manager all she had to do was inform her waitress of this and relay information to the customers so we would have been prepared. well, the manager took a sarcastic attitude with my husband and said are you saying bI should tell customers this as they come to the door? that is not what my husband was saying she should have done. I didn't want to embarrass her in fornt of everyone so efoooore we left I asked for her and said to her only that she had a nasty attitude and needed to work on her customer service. When we ordered a pickup, my onion rings had French fries and something else in my box (looked like pieces of chicken fingers ‍) with all of 5 onion rings (maybe). But when we went to the restaurant the next evening in person, our food was delicious and very filling. Our waitress was Ju-Ju, she was cool, knowledgeable and very attentive. We had a credit for onion rings they "couldn't find in the system" so they couldn't add it because the manager didn't put it in the system (which was not our problem but whatever). Had about 45 people on the floor and I heard several folks say there were only two floor staff. Literally if I didn't flag my waitress down I would've sat there for eternity. I literally ate my food, emptied my water, and then received a text message asking me to pay. I wanted to order more food so I had to stand up and walk to the register to let them know. At least have the decency to ask to close the check... and it happened TWICE! same then when I ordered more food, had to flag them down for a box. And as you can see from the pic, I got 6 drums. I would usually request 6 flats but they always say "it's split 50/50 and there's nothing we can do about it"... well here you go. Unlucky me. Update: they actually took it back and replaced it with 4 drums and 2 flats . Really? You think she would've caught on and at least given me 3 drums and 3 flats, if not 6 flats!! People just expect free tips, too I guess. Honestly, it had the normal BWWs feel (minus the game pads I used to play, they're nowhere to be found, thanks COVID) and the food is delicious, but the managers really need to minimize seating when staff is short. Also, I suggest that they have their staff ask patrons before closing out their checks. The managers are really nice folks, too. Very friendly. Just not a good experience due to limited staff. Maybe the managers could augment during short staff? They actually close the kitchen at 12 am but it says 2 am everywhere. I ordered a pick up order at 12:10 am and I got the restaurant whenever UberEats said it was ready. Once I got there I was told it was canceled because they're closing and I didn't even get any notification about that because they actually didn't cancel it... The app still says the order is ready to pick up. They probably just didn't do it and blamed the UberEats. But closing hours look like 2 am? And It was still midnight. If you close the restaurant early fix the closing ours and shut the orders on the UberEats. It's that simple... I had to drove +15 minutes for nothing! read more

Then another 20-30 min 1 dish at a time came out, all fries were ice cold, potatoes wedges looked like was recovered from the bottom of the deep fryer (no guts). Then say 4 of 5 main Entrée was cold. 2)Then when I asked for a manager.....NOPE! Had hunt them down myself, the server walked out and was starring at someone else and didnt even noticed i was right next to him until i said.... Hello?.....then in shock he said.."oh you really want a manager"? Then after 20 min wait by the front, manager peeked out and since I saw her, had to come out and speak to me. Made excuses she was not the night manager and 2 managers in back were cooking and they all behind. Excuses are worse than just simply taking responsibility as a MANAGER. Ticket times for wings shouldn't of be no more 8-10 min max, nope this place does 40-55 times and does 1 dish at a time and not the entire table at once like most restaurants do.
