8-1-2026. I had a very disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings in Fayetteville. The fries I received were cold, so I contacted the restaurant to complain and ask for a reasonable resolution. The employees I initially spoke with were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up the phone on me. I called back and eventually spoke with the manager, Nicki, but I still received no meaningful resolution. Cold food is one issue, but the way my complaint was handled made the situation much worse. Customers should not be hung up on or dismissed simply for reporting a problem with their order. I expected better customer service and professionalism from this location. read more

first time being in buffalo wild wings after many years and our experience wasn't the greatest unfortunately. i don't enjoy leaving bad reviews. it took a while to get attention from a waiter to take our drink orders. and they brought out 4 waters/silverware when we had 5. once we ordered, the food took over an hour to come. the food didn't come out at the same time so some were just sitting waiting for everyone else's food. we ordered wings, cheese curds, and burgers. despite the bad service, my boneless wings were quite good and crunchy. i got nashville hot and lemon pepper. overall the service wasn't the greatest unfortunately but the food was still good. i understand we came in during the BOGO days and the staff must've been overwhelmed. i would come back to buffalo wild wings but not sure if i would come back to this location. read more

We happened to come when the AC was broken, in the summer, not a good time. Then our food was overcooked and had to be sent back twice. We did the appetizer special they have going on and it's worthwhile if you have a party of 4 and enjoy friend things. The mozz sticks were the favorite by far and the server was ok. One of the managers was very rude and snarky when trying to figure out where my order was at...I waited just under an hour to get my order. January 11,2026. Nothing award winning about this establishment. Not my choice to eat here but went with some of my church family(10 of us). Did not take long to be seated. The restaurant was cold. Waitress stated had turned the heat on and it shoul begin warming up soon. Ok Waitress took our drink orders. Came back with our drinks and we ordered our food then. I just ordered french fries because their menu offers not much variety. Orders placed. 30 minutes passed, 45 minutes passed and an hour passsed. We saw people who had come after us being served their food.We asked for manager apparently manager was not accessible at the timme and aother guy I stopped at our tble. He apoogized , filled our drinks and stated he would check on our orders. Well apparently the waitress had hand written our orders instead of keying in the information on the computer. That's the story he told us.My husband asked the guy, who may have been the Assistant Manager were they short staffe.. He said they were in the kitche. My husbnd and brother asked was the manager available and he checked and she finally came over. She was apparently assisting in the kitchen. My husband stated to her we would have not known there was a staffing shortage unless we asked. My husband said to the manager all she had to do was inform her waitress of this and relay information to the customers so we would have been prepared. well, the manager took a sarcastic attitude with my husband and said are you saying bI should tell customers this as they come to the door? that is not what my husband was saying she should have done. I didn't want to embarrass her in fornt of everyone so efoooore we left I asked for her and said to her only that she had a nasty attitude and needed to work on her customer service. Well we fund out she was just promoted to manager a few weeks ago. Go elsewhere for wings, the incompetent staff isn't worth it. The food isn't bad, it's a chain wings place, it's hard to mess that up (even though they have). The issue is competency. But when we went to the restaurant the next evening in person, our food was delicious and very filling. Our waitress was Ju-Ju, she was cool, knowledgeable and very attentive. We had a credit for onion rings they "couldn't find in the system" so they couldn't add it because the manager didn't put it in the system (which was not our problem but whatever). Well usually a cool place. But definitely not cool today. The air conditioning isn't working and that's just unsatisfactory! I mean you know that you're in the south AKA Fayetteville North Carolina, and your air conditioning is not working in the hottest part of the year. That's why I noticed it was very empty in there, and when I asked about the air conditioning I didn't hear the bartender at first so I asked again and she got really nasty with me although I was very polite. Obviously the manager needs a tongue lashing for not having the air conditioning working at the time of the year when it needs to work. That all comes down to practicing the five Ps. And the five Ps are: Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance! Whoever the general manager is in charge there needs to be educated in that. read more

2.5 stars rounded down to 2 for delicious franchise food and general friendliness of staff, could be more if folks prioritized patrons on a service level. Had about 45 people on the floor and I heard several folks say there were only two floor staff. Literally if I didn't flag my waitress down I would've sat there for eternity. I would usually request 6 flats but they always say "it's split 50/50 and there's nothing we can do about it"... well here you go. Unlucky me. Update: they actually took it back and replaced it with 4 drums and 2 flats . Really? You think she would've caught on and at least given me 3 drums and 3 flats, if not 6 flats!! People just expect free tips, too I guess. Honestly, it had the normal BWWs feel (minus the game pads I used to play, they're nowhere to be found, thanks COVID) and the food is delicious, but the managers really need to minimize seating when staff is short. Also, I suggest that they have their staff ask patrons before closing out their checks. The managers are really nice folks, too. Very friendly. Just not a good experience due to limited staff. Maybe the managers could augment during short staff? I honestly think that'd make a huge difference Also, I was here from 3pm until 515pm and at no point did anybody take anything dirty away from my table. Will come back, just not during busy times like normal lunch/dinner. Sort of feel bad for leaving an xx% tip (honestly about what she earned), but if everyone leaves an xx% tip for everyone she serviced it'd equate to about 22% for the amount of people that management should have had her serve. Our service with the bar tender was amazing. However, when it came to the food it does get a thumbs "down" today. The wings were over cooked. The kitchen staff was a bit too stingy with the sauce. It looked like naked wings on my tray! Moreover, the fries seemed to sit out too long. By the time they reached the table, it hardly had heat to it. I chose not to bother my bartender about this as I was hungry and did not want to wait any longer for fresh food. They actually close the kitchen at 12 am but it says 2 am everywhere. I ordered a pick up order at 12:10 am and I got the restaurant whenever UberEats said it was ready. Once I got there I was told it was canceled because they're closing and I didn't even get any notification about that because they actually didn't cancel it... The app still says the order is ready to pick up. They probably just didn't do it and blamed the UberEats. But closing hours look like 2 am? And It was still midnight. If you close the restaurant early fix the closing ours and shut the orders on the UberEats. It's that simple... I had to drove +15 minutes for nothing! read more

Then another 20-30 min 1 dish at a time came out, all fries were ice cold, potatoes wedges looked like was recovered from the bottom of the deep fryer (no guts). Then say 4 of 5 main Entrée was cold. 2)Then when I asked for a manager.....NOPE! Had hunt them down myself, the server walked out and was starring at someone else and didnt even noticed i was right next to him until i said.... Hello?.....then in shock he said.."oh you really want a manager"? Then after 20 min wait by the front, manager peeked out and since I saw her, had to come out and speak to me. Made excuses she was not the night manager and 2 managers in back were cooking and they all behind. Excuses are worse than just simply taking responsibility as a MANAGER. Ticket times for wings shouldn't of be no more 8-10 min max, nope this place does 40-55 times and does 1 dish at a time and not the entire table at once like most restaurants do.
