I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down! This was without question the worst experience I've ever had at Hooters. I don't know if the owners want to go out of business or if they need to take a loss for tax purposes, but either way they are working toward their goal! There was 10 people (4 of 10 were friends of the bartender) in the entire restaurant, all sitting at the bar. yet it still took the bartender around 20 minutes and me waving her over after delivering my drink to make the bold journey over to take my food order. Which interrupted from her snack/talk break with her trainer and friends. I honestly thought the kitchen had closed early. Once I finally placed my order, I got a front-row seat to watch my wings and fries sitting under the heat lamp for about 5 minutes while the bartender and her trainer were busy catching up with friends on the other side of the bar like they were filming a reunion special. Nothing says "fresh hot meal" like watching it age in real time. I had to tell her "my food is sitting under the lamp" I only tipped because the girl was in training, and this disaster clearly wasn't on her. Her trainer failed her, and so did the manager, who apparently spent the entire time I was in the restaurant in the back with the cooks instead of checking on the customers. She might as well was so absent she might as well worked from home. If you enjoy feeling invisible while seated in a nearly empty restaurant, this is the place for you. If not, I'd recommend literally anywhere else with a fryer. It would have mad more sense to just throw 30$ out of the window of the car than to had paid for that meal! read more

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I have never had a bad experience at Hooters until I visited the Fayetteville location. I've lived here almost 10 years and now I know why I've never ordered from this location. The food was absolutely horrible. My husband spent about $100 for some tasteless wings, watered down bleu cheese and some stale cold fries. No granted, we literally live 5 minutes from here so our food should have still been hot and fresh.....it was not. I asked for lemon pepper wings and didn't receive any. $5-6 for fries and couldn't eat it at all. Will not be visiting this location ever again! Money and time wasted. Great service from Jenna who checked on me regularly and made sure that my food was delicious well after it was delivered. Not sure why the lower ratings from others, but service is great and the food is as expected esp. if you have a craving for wings and a tall Guinness! Typical ambiance and I preferred my booth to the bar, as the clientele was mostly male. I almost did not go to this Hooters because of the reviews. I had a Beer and a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The beer was cold, the sandwich was great, the fries were a little cold, but I think that was because I was on that sandwich until it was gone. I was in and out in 40min at lunch time. Hooters seemed like they are going on a downward slide- BUT my wings today were absolutely on point! They were delicious- and I really wasn't expecting much. My hubby agreed that they were good too. Tasted so fresh, cooked crispy- so good- delicious. I didn't realize that they now charge for the first cup of dressing with the wings. I can understand charging for extra but wings should come with 1 cup. The lots of tots weren't all that good tho. I probably should've gotten Curley fires or something. On February 2026 for the first time I go to Hooters, taking my grandkids celebrating his birthday with his friends and the waitress takes the order, after 30 minutes, we asked the waitress what's going on she said that the food is under the light waiting and waiting then we ask again and told her that we have plans to go to the movies. The customer service was really great. My only complaint would be that the wings had no flavor. I ordered the lemon pepper and medium heat buffalo if I'm being honest the lemon pepper wings I believe had no lemon. Stopped in to grab some quick grub before heading out to do some shopping. I'm going to start off by saying my 3 stars has nothing to do with service. The service was absolutely great. Our server Deonna was amazing. Kept our drinks full, was very friendly, and even played a game of family fued with us. We had her laughing and she had us doing the same. I would love to stop in and have her as a server again. She made it worth the second part of my review. Thanks you Deonna, you are awesome. The curly fries were lacking seasoning and I had ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap that had no Buffalo sauce in it at all. The chicken was very bland and paper from the wrap actually truck to the tortilla enough that I had to rip half of the tortilla away. Don't go on a holiday. They fill online orders before those eating in. It's been almost 2 hrs and no food. I am a semi-regular customer and a frequent customer at Hooters locations all over the country. I was in on Saturday evening, October 26th and seated myself at the bar. The server at the bar, Niree was pleasant and brought me a drink and took my order around 7:45 pm. After placing my order, Niree proceeded to converse with and wait on a lady at the other end of the bar and was heavily involved with her cell phone. Finally, another server responded to my request for a second drink. I finally got Niree's attention to check on my order at 8:20 pm to which she left but, said nothing to me about it when she returned. I had to ask the server that had helped me earlier to check on my order again at 8:30 pm to which she brought me at around 8:40 pm. This location provides unacceptable service even when compared to only large, low end chain eateries. I was one of three people at the bar and it still took over five minutes to get enough attention to order a drink ... another almost ten to get the bartender's attention again to order food. That food then sat in the kitchen window for about ten minutes after the cooks prepared it. The manager said they would make it again, no apology, no further check if things were good. There weren't even paper towels, wipes, or napkins available while eating sauce covered finger foods. The lack of teamwork and communication is a management failure. I go in here around 4 o'clock today and order a burger to go a chicken sandwich taco and some sliders to go to the bar was busy but only two people ahead of me, order food for what it looks like as there were two orders that came up before mine. Every one of the workers seems to have an attitude when you come in. They are horrible to doordashers even when you're just delivering to one of the workers. I have delivered to strip clubs(most of these girls futures) where they are way more respectful to people then this shit place. They closed back patio for to go orders, so now you're required to go stand behind customers at the bar to place your order then stand around waiting for it. It's been about a year since I visited this hooters, so on Saturday night my bf & I decided to get something quick and watch the game. The service was terrible as soon as you walked in. The two ladies standing over the podium were on the phone laughing and we were literally in front of them and they didn't even acknowledge us. So we walked to the bar. She came up to us and apologized. The bartender was so rude and with the biggest attitude. It was terrible asking for drinks or food felt like we were bothering her. She would roll her eyes every time someone new would sit at the bar. Overall service was so bad. I don't know what happened to this one place !!! Made an order online, showed up about 10 mins before pick up time. They had my order ready so I picked it up and left. I only ordered 3 items (10 wings, curly fries, and a side Caesar salad) so I didn't bother checking the bag. I figured they can't mess up 3 things. My house is literally 1 stop light down from this hooters so I got home quickly only to realize they forgot the curly fries, there was a soggy piece of paper at the bottom of my salad, and the wings were so soggy ( seemed as if they were dumped in water before being put in the to-go box) I had to throw them away. So I get back in my car to tell them the problem but all the workers seemed uninterested and didn't even offer an apology so I decided to leave before I got upset. I will never be coming back. Who ever thought of putting orange short shorts on some fine ass young ladies is a genius!!! Well the food didn't really excite me but the whole atmosphere was exhilarating. First off, The Hooter girls!!!! Oh so sexy. On this day that I went it looked like there was a blizzard going on out side which made everything inside feel so much more warmer. It was packed and there was some local biker clubs in here, there was even The Latin Riders from Brooklyn NY here. They were raffling off a bike helmet to benefit autism. It was a funnnn experience.
