My husband and I ordered 30 wings, 20 Hot and 10 Buffalo. When our food was brought out, all 30 wings were piled together on one plate. At the time, we did not think much of it and assumed the server would help clarify if needed. Instead, the response was dismissive, and we were told "whatever." Because the two sauces are very similar in color, separating them ourselves was nearly impossible. Despite our best effort, a Hot wing ended up mixed in with the Buffalo wings. After eating one Buffalo wing with no issue, I unknowingly ate a Hot wing next and immediately experienced extreme discomfort. At that point, my meal was effectively ruined, and I stopped eating altogether. When my husband brought this to the server's attention, I was told that it was my fault. Without being asked, the server then involved the manager, who reiterated that it was also my fault and suggested that we ordered incorrectly. This response was both frustrating and disappointing. This situation could have been resolved easily had the wings been properly separated or clearly labeled, which I believe is a reasonable and common expectation when ordering multiple flavors. The issue was not the mistake itself, but the lack of accountability and the decision to place blame on the customer rather than acknowledge a service oversight. I got there around 3:45 last Saturday, just in time to see my LSU tigers play a little before half time. They were busy. They seemed to have a few little league baseball teams in there and although the hostess was a little flustered, the BWW team handled it just fine. Great staff at the bar and the beer is always cold. We really like all of the food too. But please please please bring back the Buzztime trivia. Why do they get to have it in Ridgeland and we can't have it in Flowood. I've been told they don't want to pay the fee to have it. We would stay at lot longer and come more often if we could play. And please don't tell me that BWW trivia is available. It's horrible! It's so specific. Whole games about obscure soccer, football or basketball facts. Only every once in a while you get a good game. But don't like the format. And there is no consistency about when a new game comes on. Went to eat today around 3:15 with my friend and my brother. Walked in to the host and had a 12oz monster can in my hand that was half way full. She sat us down (so she saw that I had it). I sat my monster on the table and our waitress came to get our food. Well the host came back to our table and was very rude and said "you cannot bring outside food or drinks in here so you need to either chug it or throw it away". I thought she was being funny and joking at first, but she was serious, and once again VERY RUDE and disrespectful to her customer. So I started drinking it (mind you I still had half to drink). She came back not even 2 minutes later and stuck her hand out and said "are you done yet". So I had to CHUG and energy drink just because "it was a policy and it's the rules". I never knew that was a policy, as I always bring my own water, soda, energy, etc to any restaurant I go to if I please and no one ever says anything. I asked our waitress for her name and told her what happened, so she told the manager. The manager came to us and asked us what happened so I told him. He went to talk to her and then he came back to us and apologized. She never came back to apologize. We go to BWWs Flowood around once a month, and we really enjoy it! While this location can get extremely busy on the weekends, the service is still kind and attentive. The wings are usually delicious, and you have got to try the salt and vinegar fries as a side or app! I do wish they had a larger drink menu, but the ones they do have are really good! It is inconceivable that a restaurant can fail so miserably, and so consistently. All I can hope is that the owner sees this review. If so, you need to immediately file your management staff. They are rude, and grossly incompetent. My family and I go to Buffalo wild wings in Ridgeland almost every Tuesday. On your points program, I have over 125,000. We have been to this Flowood location three times. Every single time it has been a disaster. I have continued to let it slide, and never complained. However tonight was the final straw. We will never go back to this location. The restaurant was less than 1/4 full. However half the empty tables were dirty, covered with chicken bones and dirty dishes. The manager, Louise or Leslie, I can't remember, was standing at the front playing on her phone. She informed us it would 45 minutes for a table. When I pointed out the myriad of empty tables, and the dirty tables, she became rude argumentative and hostile. I pointed out that there were three"hostesses" or waitresses standing there gabbing with her, doing zero work, she became downright obnoxious. Final straw. This location is always incompetent. The management is always horrendous and rude. The service is always slow. The restaurant is always half full at the most. Sad to see because we are obviously big fans of this franchise. I have become disappointed in BWW in general, but had high hopes for this location. Our server was "friendly", but did absolutely nothing to go above or beyond or anything that might make her leave her area. I was pleased to see the addition of fried cauliflower to the menu for non meat eaters. I asked if it could be used in a wrap instead of chicken (it IS cheaper for them). She didn't bother to ask, or suggest anything, just said "nope. But that would be a good idea". We ordered a side of coleslaw, we got DRY cabbage. We asked her about that and she told us that this is how it is. We were stumped. She never asked the kitchen or a manager, just tried to tell us that the coleslaw was literally just dry cabbage. BWW website says otherwise. If we were not in a hurry, I would have asked for the manager. Do not go here unless you have time to get what you want and ask a manager if need be. I have been going to BWW for years to get food. I have always had a great experience & have always tipped well & took care of those who take care of my family and myself. I go today & am told I can't order wings with all flats or all drums that it's not allowed. I found this funny as right after I just watched a guy get all flats. I was told they don't do this and I explained I've been eating at BWW for 7 years and never ever been told this. I even explained I'd pay extra for all flats or all drums but was told I couldn't even do that. It might sound petty or childish but if I'm willing to pay for a service and you can't help me then I'll take my money and I'll just spend it elsewhere. Guess next time I get the urge for wings I'll be going to Wingstop. Will one bad review matter? No it will not but it's the principle of it all that no where does it say you can't order all flats or all drums which I've deon for 7 years but now you can't. Absolutely crazy. I understand it taking a little while but it was awful. 30 minutes to get our drink an extra hour to get our food and over 30 minutes to get our checks.
