First of their location is prime on west ridge road, just across from Red Lobster. Parking is ridiculously open since 90% of the plaza they are in is empty. So you'll find parking I guarantee! I went with my brother for lunch on a Monday right about 1pm. We got the 2 for $20 which is an awesome deal BTW. I love the vibe here with plenty of great sports coverage from plenty of TVS, no matter where you sit, you'll find a good TV view. Our wait staff was prompt, courteous and attentive. I've always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, unfortunately many of their locations have closed. Happy to see the one in Greece is still open. On west Ridge rd, so traffic is a little heavy. I arrived on a weeknight and there was only a few others at the bar. I grabbed a seat and waited for a bartender. The bartender and a few other employees were sitting at a nearby high table having some food and drinks. She came over after a few minutes, told me the specials and got me a $3 tall draft beer. (Coors light) I placed a to go order. Again I went with a special, their boneless wings BOGO . One garlic parm and one honey bbq. Wings were crispy and delicious. I noticed my bill was all goofed up and tried to explain it to the bartender and she said she would fix it... but never did. We happened to be uptown and it was a Dallas preseason game so has to stop for dinner. Amazing service to start! The food is good enough. Giant pretzel was soft and delicious. We went on a football Sunday at 4:15pm and the place was a bit packed. However, we didn't have any trouble getting a good table with views of multiple flat screens. It was a bit loud, but I didn't mind that too much. Beware if that will be an issue for you. A good thing about football Sundays is the discounts: $5 select mixed drinks (mimosa, bloody mary, long island iced tea, etc.) and cheeseburger/ brat with fries meals. Three folks at our table opted for the cheeseburger and fries meal. There was no picture on the menu and I was not expecting much, since it was only $5. Wow...I was impressed! The portion of fries was generous and they were hot, thin-cut, crispy, and well-seasoned. Also, the burger came on a toasty, buttery brioche bun and the juicy beef patty was also generously sized. You get an option of American or pepper jack cheese and can opt for any of the available fixings: lettuce, tomato, thick red onion slices, mayo, and pickles. We also shared a house sampler and the mozzerella sticks were melty and crunchy, the nachos were tasty, and the onion rings weren't bad. They threw in some complimentary sauces. And if you want bone-in wings, you can swap out the 6 boneless wings for 4 regular ones. The honey bbq sauce was sweet, tangy, thick, and the wings were large and juicy. Probably one of the better visits I had to a BWW. Quick table service, delicious hot wings and fries, and a super nice and helpful waitress (even applied an online deal to make our food cheaper). There was two hiccups to my visit that influenced me to dock off two stars. First, We were seated at a booth right next to the takeout pickup zone. Seriously, tens of people poured in to receive their takeout during our hour long visit and they had no where to go while they waited for their order - so they were forced to congregate by the meager takeout zone and ultimately, congregate around our booth. Being watched by other customers is definitely a must NOT have for a good restaurant experience. It was painstakingly obvious that they (BWW takeout customers) were watching us eat and listening to us talk as if we were tonight's entertainment. I wouldn't complain about this if the restaurant was bustling and full of eat-in customers, but it wasn't busy. It seemed like we (both eat-in and takeout customers) were herded into a small corner of the building for server convenience over customer comfort. I don't blame the takeout customers for they had no where to go while they waited for their orders. It was obvious they didn't have much help from the hostesses managing the takeout pickup zone. Management could potentially resolve this issue of overcrowding by simply requesting that takeout customers call to check in then wait in their vehicle until their order is finally ready. Second, The ladies' restroom smelled like a porta potty. It wasn't visually clean either. In fact, it was very off-putting and appetite curbing. I was rather displeased when I saw a brown-grey booger on top of a pile of soggy paper towels clogging a sink - and I wondered how long this "booger" has been here without being cleaned up by an employee. Please do not waste your time coming here. I enter Buffalo Wild Wings with my dad and we get seated in a couple minutes. We sat there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally, we got attended to and ordered our food. Shockingly, we got our food in 10 minutes. My dad's wings were decent at best and the chicken tender meal was atrocious. A couple overcooked tiny pieces of chicken on a plate with some fries that were decent. We finished our food and were ready to check out. Our waitress was slow the whole time but Paying was the biggest hassle. The resteraunt was pretty empty and our waitress had 3-4 tables but it still took another 25 minutes to check us out. My dad and I went back the other day wanting to give it another chance. We got there and the resteraunt was pretty empty and we got seated but once again, we sat there for 25 minutes without even a "I'll be right with you" or anything like that. We walked out disgusted. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came here on a Tuesday night for a meeting with 8 people. My husband and I came early to have some cocktails and appetizers. We waited almost twenty minutes to be seated, the hostess was no where to be found and the waitresses apparently are not capable of seating people. I don't understand why you would walk by a few groups of people and say "sorry I can't seat you and I don't know where our hostess went." After finally being seated, we waited another 40 minutes, to receive our drinks. I told my husband we should order food if we ever want to get it, we ordered chicken wings and fried cheese curds, they must have been killing the chickens and milking the cow because yes those took an additional hour to be served. It took us at least another 30 minutes for our second round of drinks. Absolutely ridiculous, the hostess continued to disappear and not do his job. Our waitress was completely clueless, and the bartender took nearly an hour to pour a beer. We weren't asking her to be the best mixologist on the planet, pour a beer and don't take an hour to do it. Let me reiterate, it's TUESDAY night at 7-9 PM it wasn't busy. We complained several times, and I think we got some pens. Our bill should have been comped for the complete display of incompetency bestowed upon us. Utterly ridiculous and we will never ever consider coming back here. Worst BWW I have ever been to. Rude and lazy employees who won't answer the phone and more often than not they screw up my online orders. Tonight, for instance, I ordered 20 boneless wings with mild sauce but is that what I got? Of course not. They gave me 10 with spicy garlic sauce and 10 with garlic parm sauce...not even remotely close to what I ordered even when the receipt on the outside of the bag clearly said mild. This location is brand spanking new and looks very nice inside. I've been to BWW before when visiting family in Florida and I remembered their Honey BBQ sauce fondly. Make sure you grab a tablet, you can play trivia at your table with other people in the restaurant! Pretty nifty. They easily have over 30 TVs there, so it is a good place to catch a game. They have a very large variety of different sauces, which they chart by how spicy the sauces are. I got the breaded chicken fingers and fries with Honey BBQ on the side. The others in my party got wings, a flat bread, and a burger. It took about twenty minutes to get our food from when we ordered it. When the food arrived it looked delicious. They forgot my sauce but I just reminded them of it and they brought a side to me in about three minutes. Chicken tenders weren't as good as battered ones out in Tully's...but the sauce at BWW is better and there is a huge variety. The food itself was good. My chicken tenders were large and quite juicy and my Dad enjoyed the size of his wings. Boyfriend and his dad both enjoyed their food as well. Since this is a newer location and they want to make sure that everybody enjoys their stay and comes back, you'll be asked about six different times how your experience has been from a variety of random, different employees/managers. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be a little overbearing when you're just trying to scarf down your food. I can't blame them, I'm sure they are being asked to do these tasks. Overall, good food, good environment. We'll probably be back! Giving it three stars (really 3.5) for how clean the restaurant was and that the food was satisfying...but the wait for the food was meh and the continued asking and bugging was annoying. The worst food and most inattentive server I have ever had hands down. Walked in at 2:00 on a Tuesday with not one employee in sight. Proceeded to stand at the hostess stand unnoticed for 7 full minutes despite only 4 tables with customers in the restaurant. After we were seated we waited another 10 minutes for our server to greet us, ordered waters and looked at the menu. 10 minutes later we get our waters and order some loaded tater tots (an appetizer) two chicken wraps with chips and salsa. She did not write our order down or punch it into a machine. 20 minutes later our wraps came out, no tater tots yet. The wraps were horribly waxy and tough. She forgets to bring the salsa with the tortilla chips. 10 minutes later she asks how everything is and we ask for the salsa. She never mentions the loaded tots. She drops the salsa off and comes back 15 minutes later with the check. We never got our tots, thankfully they weren't in the bill. We wait another 10 minutes to pay and we don't see her or the hostess in that whole time, we left the money on the table with the check and left. Horrible service. read more

There's a large assortment of big screen TVs displaying every sporting event under the sun. They have a variety of your typical sports bar food offerings, such as burgers, chicken, drinks, and wings. This was my first visit to a BWW, and my waiter was extremely courteous and helpful with his suggestions. He stopped by my table frequently to check in on things and provided solid service, and plenty of napkins! I ordered for my appetizer a snack-sized honey BBQ boneless wings. This includes eight decently sized chicken nuggets and several sticks of celery, not the standard two to three celery sticks you get most everywhere else. I was very impressed with these wings, which featured a crunchy exterior breading. The honey BBQ sauce wasn't bland at all. Good taste. My meal arrived just as I was finishing my wings. I ordered the hamburger slammers with fries. My goodness, these sliders were HUUUGE Rochester, HUUUUGE! (Trademark infringement not intended, Mr. Fuccillo). Most restaurants give you tiny silver dollar sized sliders, but the sliders were easily 50% larger than the size of a standard Burger King burger. They were quite juicy too. I added a little salt to my fries, which were of the thin-cut variety, and they were very good too. I was imagining each piece to be at comparable size as, maybe slightly smaller than, those sold in Wings Over, so $18 isn't expensive at all for 15 pieces. When I got the order, I was shocked. It's at least 4 times smaller than I expected. And it's not that tasty either. The meat didn't taste very fresh. Totally not worth it! Waste of money.
