Stopped in while in the area for the weekend, mind you we haven't been to BWW in year due to bad experiences at ours in south OKC. Wife had I shared the wing combo; comes with 6 boneless and 6 traditional, coleslaw, fries (substitute for the wedges) and carrots. It was plenty of food for the both of us. Also the bartender made a special drink for my wife, we called the Pueblo sunset lol; it's frozen swirl mango, strawberry with Malibu rum instead of tequila --go double. Lol. I've come to realize ownership and/or management of this business has failed our town. Two years ago this was like a BWW you would visit in any other town. Not spectacular or terrible. However, over the last year there is always a problem usually service or food. My last visit the lighting for an entire corner of the restaurant was flickering like a strobe light, a projector was not working, and the outside bushes haven't been trimmed since last year. There are creeping vines growing up the side of the building. Just a little more care would go a long ways. I only complain because I want to see it get better. read more

Ordered bone-in wings, they were a little dry but otherwise good. I ordered honey bbq and spicy garlic but they gave me buffalo instead of the spicy garlic. Server was nice, but didn't check in at the table enough. Will eat here again, mostly because it's close to the hotel. read more

I waited for about 10 minutes at the to go desk in the back of the restaurant the two employees that were there talking and playing on their phones walked away when I walked towards the desk so I waited for a while and every employee that walked near me ignored me no one ever even spoke to me the whole time I was there I was doing Uber Eats so I canceled the order personally I stopped going there several months ago when I called and canceled an order for $35.00 and the next day they charged me for the order when I called and spoke to someone they basically called me a liar and said I picked up the order which I did not worst place to go in Tahlequah I only put one star because it makes you it should be no star's read more

But they really put my mind at ease when I called them to tell them of the mistake, they told me if I come back for one they wouldn't charge for it! read more

One star minus one. If you like never having the food you ordered, or always having an issue with a take out order, then this is the place for you! I love coming home after a long days work, CRAVING some wings, being so excited to eat and having that ruined by uneducated college kids who can't get a simple take out order right. I work in the restaurant business. I know how it works. The manager looks like he could be my little brother, that is one major issue. No responsibilities, no accountability. We ate here while in town for an event. I'm used to this chain and it was the usual. Their food was fine their service sucked. Messed up the order, was slow etc. Tried to order a last beer but was told they were closed. This was while we were waiting for our order to be fixed. We were told it was being boxed up since they were closed. I really have no idea how this chain stays in business. I guess it's because it stays open later than Chili's. (Another lost cause). Today is the day I have decided to never go back to this location. Today was the second time in a row coming here and getting the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We like to come here to enjoy watching sports , eating, drinking and talking with the customers around us. But the service has gotten so bad that we will not go back. Waiting 20 minutes to get a drink or take our order is ridiculous. That was last time. Today we got our chips and salsa with nothing to drink. I mean at least bring water to the table. Our drinks were sitting at the bar but they were never brought to us. We did get our order in after waiting 15 or 20 minutes. We finally decided to get up and walk out. Our waitress disappeared and there were 3 girls that worked there standing at the bar visiting. I would not tolerate this if I were the manager or owner. read more

So excited for Tahlequah to get a new restaurant. This place is clean, very modern and great overall experience. We have been there twice. Food was perfect and the servers were awesome. They have a great beer selection on draft. And love that you can sit anywhere to see all the TV's. Next time we are going to try the patio. Our only issue which is understandable. OU was on too many TV's. Would love to see other college games since we aren't fans of the Oklahoma universities. But hey, we will be back. Great food, cold beer and plenty of TV's to catch the action. read more

Normally I love this place, but today it was totally awful!!! First my soft pretzels were hard rocks!! They came after our food!!My mom and sister asked for some boats for their food and they were thrown down on the table and she flipped her hair when she did it. My food was wrong and she argued with me. She finally agreed to remake it. Then she threw it at me, it almost ended up in my lap!! Worst service ever!! read more

I was very excited that a Buffalo Wild Wings was opening in my town, so excited, that I camped over night there to get a year of free wings! Every. Single. Week. My. Order. Is. Messed. Up. I order the same exact thing, every week, for 32 weeks. And I've had to correct the staff at least 29 times. Once my free year of wings is over, I do not see myself eating here again. read more

The server we had was incompetent. It took her at least twenty minutes to get our drinks despite the fact that we were right next to the drink station. When we recurved our drinks, she didn't even bring them all. Three out of for orders were wrong when she brought the food, but I'm not sure if it was her fault or the kitchens. Our server also thought it was okay to take food off our plate with her bare hands and put her hand inside my cup to get me a refill. read more
