Terrible. We went for the bottomless appetizers, I don't even think they should be named that. You can sit there an hour and only have your server come back to refill them once! Our waitress was beyond terrible. We had four people in total and 9 cups sitting at our table the whole time. Including first two appetizer plates she never cleared off after finally bringing us our second set. Food was really good. Waitress, no. This is the 3rd time now where it just seems as though the staff has absolutely no clue as to what they are doing. You ask questions about drink or food items and no one knows anything. The Service is so slow especially when you are first seated and wanting to get your drink order in. Food came out cold and at different times. No silverware or napkins were provided, even after requested. I had to get up 3 separate times to ask for utensils, napkins, additional sauce for our appetizer which was requested during the initial order. No one checked on us and if we needed refills or order anything additional there was no one to be found. I got an espresso martini which was on special per the print on the happy hour menu. It was all kahlua and no taste of vodka or espresso. It's just so disappointing. The staff genuinely don't seem to care that the experience just ultimately sucks. The initial wait for the server was a little long. Sat there for almost 10 minutes before she finally came over and got our drink order. After that, drinks and appetizer came quickly. That's when everything went down hill. My wife got her brisket tacos and I sat. there was nothing. 10 minutes later I went to the main area where they seated you and asked for the manager. When she came over, she proceeded to throw the server under the bus saying that she should've said that the food that we ordered would not come out at the same time, even though we sat at the same table. She should've explained that there are different times, so everything was not gonna come out at the same time. I have never ever ever been to a restaurant and sat down with a single individual or multiple individuals where all of our food did not come out at the same time. Yeah she was talking to us and throwing the server under the bus. She came over with our food or I should say my food. I had a burger which I ordered medium, which came to me shoe leather, well done and traditional wings, buffalo original. The burger was terrible like I said it was shoe leather well done. The wings having been born and raised 60 miles south of Buffalo, New York. I got to give them credit, the wings and the sauce were spot on. They were very good. What bothered me was the way the manager threw her server underneath the bus. She comped me the wings and gave me 25% off my bill big deal. You don't treat your employees like that. I made sure that my server was well aware of the fact that I did not blame her in anyway, and I made sure of that with her tip that I was being sincere. Won't go back. I have only ordered in app. Each time the food has been ready and hot when picked up. The employees interacted with during pick up have always been friendly. Food has always been delicious, with exception to the fries-but its fries. They typically just come with the online specials and aren't the reason anyone really orders BWW.How long can they really stay warm waiting in the counter.There's always a quick dip in the air fryer to freshen them back up if needed. The burger here is no joke. We go here for wings but also love their burgers. When a local place did away with a large part of their draft beer selection, we started coming here more often. The service is generally good and the place is well managed. I'm deducting a star due to the occasional inability to get forks and napkins. read more

Not much to say if you've ever been to this chain. It's a great little sports bar where you can get a lot of simple dishes: salads, sandwiches, and of course wings. I will say that I do prefer Buffalo Wild Wings over Hooters any day of the week. Just better quality food! read more

I think the longest my family and I had to wait after ordering was just over twenty minutes. They have a large selection of draft beers including some from Nashville. All of the other chain restaurants in Tullahoma are pretty terrible. Not this one. My experiences here are consistently excellent. read more

The lack of care and concern from the manager when I expressed concerns are really the reason for my negative review. This lady should not be in customer service. My mother received her meal first, followed by my son 10 min later. At approximately 15 min after that, both my mother and son had cleaned their plate. I asked to speak to a manager as I had yet to receive my food and 2 other tables who got here after us had already been served and was able to eat as a family. Upon expressing my concern the manager went on the defense explaining she is doing the best she can do and doesn't know what I expect, she l's had multiple people call out and that's the best she could do. When I mentioned that both my mom was able to eat, my son was able to eat and 2 other tables received their food and was eating, she had 0 empathy and really didn't even care. I'm in the service industry and I understand how difficult it is to find workers these days, but regardless you still have to treat your customers with respect and show some empathy when situations like this arise. Just ordered two grilled chicken salads to go. I am extremely disappointed, which is sad because of how easy this meal should be. We received literally three strips of chicken on top of lettuce for ten bucks. None of the additional listed items that were a part of the salad were included and my salad dressing was not included. No a traditional visit to B dubs. I went with the takeout option and I was impressed. The food was not done when they said it would be and that's ok just means that it is hot longer. They got everything correct and that's is out of the norm for the franchise. This location has been stellar every time I visit. The only issues I have are the prices and the fact that when they changed the Mac and cheese they really blew it. I would stay away from it. A group of us five guys sat down this past Thursday night. We are all over 21 and a few of us ordered drinks. The waiter took our id's saying since some were still vertical he needed to present them to his manager. Eventually he came back with his manager who both said that they wouldn't serve any of us beverages even though they only had problems with two of the four licenses. Both the manager and the waiter appeared quite angry and were annoyed when we offered alternative forms of identification. This looks like a brand new restaurant. Everything inside is brand new and clean. There are plenty of TVs around for everyone to find something to watch that they like. When I arrived I requested that a tv was changed and the staff promptly accommodated this for me. There is a pretty large selection of beer on tap to choose from, probably 20+ varieties. For those liquor drinkers there is also a full bar available. No dry county here. I ordered some boneless wings and fries for dinner and a cold beer. The food came out fast and hot, exactly what I ordered. Everything tasted fresh (for fried chicken) and was flavorful. Overall very consistent with BWW. The food is as good as every other BDubs and the beer selection is always decent. I have not found a better place to catch a ballgame and enjoy a beer. I would have rated this store higher but the service absolutely sucks! I don't require too much from the wait staff but I don't think I should have to go and find my own menu and go to the bar to request napkins. It's not too much to expect the wait staff to speak to you as they pass by on their way to another table while dropping off the check. read more

Pros: quick and friendly service, clean store, good tv placement. Cons: Average food but exorbitant pricing. Sorry, just not worth the price tag appended. Touchdown Wings just up Jackson sorely lacking on tv's, ambience, and "newness," but better food at a much more reasonable price. I expected more. read more
