I cannot believe how good the good food is at London's. We've had so many different burgers and appetizers and we haven't had a bad meal yet. And the service is so welcoming and friendly. Marco, the bartender, is the sweetest guy and Lacey, our waitress, is adorable. We enjoy every visit and I don't think I've ever said that about a restaurant. However, if you are not a smoker, you should make every effort to get past that smell or sit out back, because the food is just wonderful!! I had an open faced Turkey Reuben on what looked like homemade pumpernickel bread. My mom ordered a BBQ burger, and we both ordered onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings were like homemade, too. They were seriously amazing! They have homemade cheesecake for dessert (different flavors each day), but we were just too full to attempt it. I have only recently started coming here. The trivia nights they have on Tuesdays at 7 is great fun all around. On previous visits our bartender was Melissa and she's great! Super friendly and attentive, really on top of things. Sadly on our most recent visit our bartender was not Melissa and it was the absolute worst service imaginable. She was super sketchy and not attentive at all. When we were finally able to get her attention to take our food or drink order she would forget to put the order in or bring us our drinks. I work in the service industry I understand sometimes people have off nights and mistakes can be made but honestly she looked high the majority of the night. I hope you guys find another bartender soon. read more
