I'm a long time customer with no complaints. Ronnie has been cleaning my carpets for over 20 years. He has worked my emergency situations (busted water heaters) into his schedule, has traveled out of town to assess and treat a mold problem with the crawl space on a rental house I own and is good about showing up at appointed times. I have referred him to friends who were also satisfied. Since I've never used another cleaning service, I can't comment on his prices but they seem reasonable for the work done. It seems there was a miscommunication and understanding of the time and date for the carpet cleaning. This could be understood if they had responded to the phone message or email requesting a reason why they did not show. They said there was no phone message or email received. I am at a lose as to how this could happen. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I have adjusted my former review. read more

Buffs came to my house in Ayden that had pet Stains all over the carpet from my tenants. I wanted him to give me an estimate on cleaning the carpet. He told me that the carpets actually should be replaced due to the extent of the damage. What an honest business man!! He could have cleaned and ripped me off but he did just the opposite. Buff's Cleaning & Restoration cleaned my living & dining room carpets and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. This is an owner operator business and Ronnie really knows his craft. Buff's is IICRC Certified and that probably doesn't mean anything to the consumer until you go to have your carpets or any other restoration done to your home. I have Shaw Carpets and they recommended using a cleaning company that is IICRC Certified. I went to the IICRC website and found Buff's Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Ronnie took the time to educate me on how the carpet is cleaned (what steps) and how often carpet should be cleaned in order to extend the life of my carpets.
