Came here on a Sunday evening and it was packed! The parking lot should give customers an indication whether they should stay and do their own laundry here or go elsewhere. If you can find parking, you'll most likely find laundry machines readily available. However, if you can't find parking, it'll be a while until you find open machines. The first thing that I noticed was that this laundry facility was CLEAN! It's so clean looking and smelling that I would seriously consider the five-second rule if I dropped food on the floor. When I was there, there was what looked like an attentive, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable husband and wife team of employees who were working throughout this business. Since it has been years since I stepped foot into a laundromat, I actually dreaded coming here before I experienced this business, but this is probably the nicest and best maintained laundry business I've ever been in. There are so many stainless steel, industrial grade washers and dryers, in various sizes, which means that the pricing, which is reasonable, depends on the size of the machine and any customization of the washing and drying cycles. This place could use more tables to allow customers to sort, fold and organize their clean clothes. There are many large, clean, functional and industrial grade rolling clothes baskets available to customers. I know, I know - I get thrilled seeing these baskets that can keep rolling with a heavy load of clothes (or people) in them because they have those extra strength wheels on them. Whenever the two employees saw an issue, like a wet floor, spilled laundry soap or fabric softener (wet or dry), soap residue in the machine thingies where customers add soap and other things, trash, rolling laundry baskets blocking people's paths, or anything else that needed cleaning, they immediately took care of it after seeing it. And they did it while being courteous and nice, without complaints or rolls of their eyes. These two are saints! The industrial grade washers and dryers are fast and efficient, and they don't ruin clothes or start walking off - have you ever witnessed unbalanced washers shimmying their way across the floor? Lots of light, a clean restroom (at least the men's restroom is), and vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, and bottled drinks and packaged snacks) are available here. Oh, and customers also have the option of dropping their dirty laundry off at the window and paying the employees the price per pound of clothes so that the employees wash, dry and fold their clothes. Just know that the employees also use the same washers and dryers as all the customers, so if the place is busy, the employees may be delayed in getting your drop off clothes processed. I highly recommend Patio Laundry!

He proceeded to asks me where; I tell him that's kind of strange and see that he's only asking me and none of the other none black males in there nor any of the women. I walk him to my washer and show him. He starts in on how he has people coming in just charging their phones and he's trying to keep the place safe; especially for women. I was so offended; what about me sitting here not speaking to anyone and doing laundry calls for a safety concern ??? I'm a 50 year old black man just doing laundry. I couldn't be more disappointed in his either deliberate targeting of me or the obvious lack of emotional intelligence...

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

It is obvious this business is using this intentional dishonest act to debit our accounts twice. Each time this business stole from me, I just washed one load. My account should not have been debited twice for one load of laundry. We are now all (seven families) going to another laundry mat who doesn't steal from us. If you must use this laundry mat, use coins so this business can't steal from you.

I had a mixture of clothing items that needed to be washed. Everything from intimates to a duvet cover and bed sheets and yoga pants. I dropped off my two bags of laundry around 3pm and it was ready next day after 6pm. I don't know how many pounds my laundry was but two garage bag fulls cost my $19 for all to be cleaned, folded and wrapped in saran wrap. They weigh your clothes in front of you on the scale. You don't have to bring your own washing products unless you have specific ones to use. Otherwise they will wash with the detergent that they have there. The lady who helped me was very nice and able to explain the process thoroughly to me. The pick up went seamlessly! I will be back!

Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend.
