Two appointments ago, they called my husband a liar about even having an appointment, when we definitely had one on their calendar. They just gaslight customers about it. They came on time to the newly scheduled one. However, the "original" appointment was deferred without any communication. We called early that morning to be sure they were coming, and after speaking to two different people, we were told we were originally on the calendar, but they moved us to next week. Once again, WITHOUT communication. After the initial appointment, I left a bad review on their servicing department, and they commented saying they'll do better. They won't. Fire everyone except Mary. Mary, you're the only good part of this experience we've had. Hopefully, they fire everyone but you in that servicing department. As for the actual exterminating service, it's not worth the money. Don't invest in this company. We've had THREE exterminating sessions with NO results.
