Then we started getting mice and rats in our attic and garage so I paid them a ridiculous amount to seal up house and set bait and traps to catch them. They were supposed to be checking the traps in the attic everyday. Only problem was we were going to be out of town that week. So I gave them the passcode to my garage so they could check the traps everyday which they said they were. When I get home, the mice and rats are still running around. Called them back and asked if they had checked the traps and reset them everyday like what was on the contract, which they said they did. I check my security cameras and they showed up the first day we were gone and then never came back. I tried to get a refund which they refused, so I had to put a stop payment on my credit card.

They treated for any possible fleas and ticks in my yard and I love the thoughtfulness! Any time I call for in between maintenance, it's quick and the problem is fixed. After heavy rains, the bugs find their way in, but I call when I see them and after treatment, the problem is solved. My technicians today were so above and beyond, I needed to write about them! Tyler was one of them, and there was another gentleman assisting him. They are both fabulous! My one negative was a tech who months ago, knocked on my door so gently I didn't hear even though I had no other noise in my house at the time. I saw him drive up, but most of the time, they do a little paperwork while sitting in their truck before coming to knock at the door. I took something upstairs, and when I went back downstairs, he was gone. When I called to ask why the tech drove away, he ended up coming up with numerous excuses as to why he couldn't come back. Now that August has arrived, I was told by a new representative that this was not the case. When I explained the situation to another representative, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude and received no real help resolving the issue. All I am asking for is the service I have already paid for. I should not have to repeatedly contact your company or explain the same situation to multiple people to receive a fair resolution. I am very upset and disappointed with Fox Pest Control and the way this has been handled. I am requesting that my account be reviewed and that the original agreement regarding August and September be honored.

I was really looking forward to helping local business but this place isn't it…read more I had the exterminator come out for the initial spray and he was very nice. I few weeks later we kept seeking bugs so we called back and tried to get a respray. I called a spoke with a lady and she told me she'd call back when she could fit me on the schedule. I called back in two days because I hadn't heard from her. Mistakes happen, no problem. The next time I spoke with her, she gave me three options. Two options didn't work, so I picked the third. I get a call saying that the exterminator is at my door...but it's the wrong day. I called the lady and explain that to her and she told me she'd call me back when she could fit me on the schedule. Two days went by so I called back and a man answered and proceeded to tell me that they couldn't keep sending a guy on a respray and me not be there or else I'll have to pay extra (like it was my fault or like it has happened multiple times). He was really rude. I'm really, really disappointed this didn't work out. Taking my business elsewhere...
