We had a total of 6 pizzas. An hour later at 3:40 I go to the desk to ask about them and she said she would be bringing 2 of them out, that we had asked for them to come at 4. I told her we had asked for them as soon as possible when we first arrived and she insisted we said at 4. We only are allowed 2 hours in the room which is why we asked for them right away. She didn't apologize at all, she was instantly bothered and added the remark that she would have a different employee to finish attending to the party. She brought in the pizzas and no one else came in the rest of the party to ask if we needed anything else or to help, we were completely ignored. After the terrible service and being ignored, my mother in law went up to the counter and heard the same employee talking negative about us still. For as much as they charge for a party this type of service and behavior is unacceptable. I wouldn't waste my time here, y'all will get your moneys worth somewhere else !!!!

On top of that, there were employees cleaning in the "Rainbow Bistro" area for almost an hour, so she couldn't even play in there the entire time we were on that floor. For a children's museum that charges this much, I expected working exhibits and more consideration for the kids who are there to play. I really hope they put more effort into maintaining and fixing the exhibits instead of letting everything fall into disrepair. We won't be back unless things improve.

There are three levels in the museum with 10+ exhibits. Hardly any of them were fully functional. There was a graffiti wall in "fantastic plastic" exhibit that had 3 dry erase markers. 2 were dried up. So one marker was being shared by 4 kids. There was a Mark Twain bust that was supposed to record a small story, based on several words that you could choose, and then play it back to you. The record function did not work. My kids were excited about the quack factory exhibit, with rubber duckies/balls you would launch down tubes to a wet deck below. Nothing in the 2nd floor floor extension of this exhibit was working. They couldn't use it. We went to the ground level of the exhibit, the wet deck - but down there, the hot air balloon exhibit, which used heat to make a model hot air balloon rise, was non-functional. The portion that makes water vapor was non-functional. On the second floor, there is an "art maker" room with 3-D printers, like 6 of them. Only 2 were functional. The employee there was very apologetic and kind, but it was just one more thing. The 5th street theater portion on the second floor wasn't functioning properly. There is also a balance challenge on the second floor that is broken. There are some "piano stairs" coming down from second level to first that are out. The vending machine in the lobby was broken. The place was pretty clean, and not very crowded, which was nice- but I was honestly very sadly surprised. The cost of this experience just isn't justified. We won't be back.

It was heartbreaking, but we immediately came together as a community to find a way to keep our boys in the sport they love. We had a limited time and are still working to find a plan. Today, May 1, the owner cancelled the program effective immediately, going back on his word and leaving families scrambling. No notice. No transition. Just gone. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Our boys deserved better. So beware before joining a program here as this could happen to you too!

The gym's owner only cares about money and not at all about the athletes or the parents. My son has…read morebeen competing with the boys' team for four years and has a wonderful coach. Twice in the past year he has fired and rehired the coach and cancelled the boys' program, then gave us last second notice that it was ending a month sooner than he originally told us. My daughter also joined the cheer team a couple years ago and we had a similar unprofessional experience with the team being cancelled mid-season after all the tuition we had already paid for practices. If you want any kid of consistency for your athlete, do NOT send them here.
