Booking & the party itself was seem-less, all the kids had a great time and few parents asked for details about booking afterwards. The gym is very clean plus the guys who run the party and demo'ed all the obstacles were great with all the kids. 4 of the 20 kids who attended have autism, we were expecting to have to explain or encourage patience (as we do with many other places) but we didn't even need to disclose any differences! The guys were naturally patient, so kind and encouraging with ALL the kids-they naturally treated all the kids with grace and encouraged them all to do the obstacles, and offered helping hands when needed, like a boost up for ropes out of reach. Highly recommend and grateful for such a great business in town.

Pretty fun trampoline park in Redding…read more They have a few different sections inside. Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. I won't post here because it's unnecessary

From the beginning, Landon was dismissive and unhelpful. When I had a simple question about check-in and wristbands, he gave short, sarcastic answers and made it clear he didn't want to be bothered. I tried to clarify, thinking maybe he misunderstood--but instead of helping, he doubled down with a rude tone and eye rolls. It felt like I was an inconvenience for even asking. Look, I get that customer service isn't always easy. But basic respect shouldn't be optional. I wasn't confrontational--I was just a paying customer trying to get information so our group could enjoy the park. Landon's attitude was not just unprofessional, it was downright disrespectful. The rest of the park was fine--kids had a great time jumping--but that one interaction left a bad taste. I'm sharing this in hopes that management sees it and addresses it, because no family should feel embarrassed or dismissed when they're just trying to make memories. Do better.

For $75 (a BARGAIN) they ran the train as our own private railroad for 4 hours. There are also some historical buildings (and a few re-creations) and old, retired, "real" trains (steam engine and a caboose) on the fairgrounds near the railroad--so there's some other cool stuff to see. (Note that you can't go in to any of these buildings outside of the annual Glenn County Fair in May.) There are several grassy areas and some picnic tables that served as lunch spots for our guests. PLUS there are restrooms near the train "depot" area--near the old train depot and 1-room school building. (The restrooms are old and small, but they were very clean and nicely maintained.) it looks like the railroad has had a few web pages over the years, but there hasn't been much updated lately and some are no longer up and running. However, as of the date of this review, you can find a little more information online at the following: http://onprailroad.tripod.com/ https://roadtrippers.com/us/orland-ca/points-of-interest/orland-newville-pacific-railroad?lat=40.80972&lng=-96.67528&z=5 A few minor considerations: The (short) tunnel was a little frightening for one or two of the very young (3 year old?) children. However, it's short enough that you can simply hug them to you for the 15-20 seconds required for this. Orland can be very hot in the middle of the summer, so a scheduled event could be canceled due to extreme heat conditions. (This would be a big disappointment, but nobody would have much fun if it's that hot.) You'll need to do some paperwork to get approval from the Glenn County Fairgrounds and the Orland Police, plus you'll need liability insurance (which you may have to purchase for the event), but it was all worth it. There are no restrooms at the usual picnic area (near the intersection of Papst & Yolo streets); the restrooms are about 100 yards away (near the old school and depot). This really isn't inconvenient, unless you have young children who need to go "right now!", and then that 2-minute walk could be a little too long.

The instructors are kind, caring and very good at what they teach. There are classes for lots of different age groups too. My son started when he was 5 or 6 I think and he is almost 9 now. They have beginner classes and also classes for more advanced kids. I feel very safe leaving my kid at these classes and he comes home and is totally inspired to create new and exciting things he learned. We have also had this company for a birthday party and it was a hit with all the kids who came. They bring tons of different legos for the kids to create with, and help design a special theme that all the kids can build and contribute too. Totally great for winter birthday parties like we have! Prices are totally reasonable for the classes and birthday parties too. Highly recommend signing up for a class over summer break or they even have them during Spring Break and Winter Break. If you have a creative, thinking master builder like I do, this is the perfect place for them to grow and expand their talents!

I put my name on a wait list. 20 min later, I noticed many people had returned their skate assists. There were probably 6 of them behind the desk. I probably asked 5x or more if it was our turn on the wait list, every time I was told no. At one point the girl said "you're welcome to walk around out there with your own child" I have a hurt shoulder and a prosthetic hip, otherwise I would've :( Long story short, my son sat on the bench next to the skate rentals, waiting for his turn on the wait list, fighting back tears. In the 45+ min we waited, no one from the wait list ahead of us collected a single skate trainer. And we were repeatedly told we couldn't use one. I definitely understand waiting our turn, but when no one ahead is coming to collect them..... The guy at the skate rental place when we first arrived was super nice tho! This is a hard review to write but I think it's important to share for future families…read more I was very excited for my son to have his first 2 week away at camp experience. It was heartbreaking to hear about his experience when he came home. There was active bullying throughout the camp and no adult interference with that or redirection. Swear words were common without any redirection as was inappropriate conversations and behaviors. One thing that really bothered me was that nudity was acceptable including in the showers with camp counselors. This was not advertised or talked about. It was very disturbing to get a letter from my son talking about his camp counselors penis. I did connect with the Director when I did receive that letter who explained to me that they have a locker room type open set up there in the showers and that the kids are given an opportunity to shower by themselves (although my son said he didn't get that option), if they're more comfortable. I don't think it really hit me how much that bothered me until my son came home and we talked about it further and he shared his own discomfort. Even more bothersome for me was hearing that campers were often naked hanging out casually where he slept. These were his cabin mates who were of the same sex as him but again it was still bothersome to hear that the camp counselors didn't ask kids to put clothes on or consider everybody's comfortability. I do understand that nudity may be a non-issue for some but not for all, and not when it's a bunch of strangers. Lastly my son shared with me that his counselor talked about kissing a girls boobs and for me that was also extremely disturbing and not ok. I had such high hopes for this camp and was so grateful to receive a scholarship for my son to attend, but unfortunately it turned out to be a mistake. There was not appropriate supervision or adult redirection to help kids navigate. As time has gone by my son continues to share stories that just break my heart and upset me that I sent him to this camp. We will not ever go back to this camp. If you have a younger kid, I would really suggest thinking twice before sending them here. Two weeks is a long time for a kid to navigate uncomfortability, bullying, and exposure to inappropriate language/ concepts and ideas.
