Do NOT recommend!! they ripped me off for 6500 for an insurance claim I have for my roof. You can look on Facebook and see that there are many people in the Ironton Ohio been off by this company. When trying to contact Austin Wood, he does not reply. He has ghosted most of the people that are trying to get their money back. And then he started a new company this year. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! We contracted Builder Bros Construction, Austin Wood in July 2025. He is a scammer. He took my 10,000 deposit in October for contracted work to replace roof, shutters, gutters, siding, facia and has gone completely silent with no communication since then. It's January and still NO ROOF and no return of our deposit. There are other complaints of customers being scammed in Ohio also. I am checking with authorities to see what legal action can be taken to get our deposit back. read more

Austin Wood came to our home in July of 2025. We hired him to do our roof, gutters and siding. After paying over $17,000.00 we never received services paid for. After Austin received our money, he cut off communication until I insisted on him communicating. It's November and we still have not received a refund or communication. We have filed with the OH and WV Attorney Generals. Our next step is getting law enforcement involved and attorney. Stay away from this company!!!!! Good luck . Got charged a bunch and all we got was siding . Was like free money i guess we should be happy they say. You assume you get insulation. Moisture barrier. Window wraps. SOFFIT for almost 25k. Just siding and cardboard from the siding boxes. Cheap siding very thin... not a good experience. read more

I hired Builder Bros to manage my siding and roofing project in collaboration with my insurance provider. In January, a third-party contractor completed the roofing work but later contacted me regarding unpaid fees. Meanwhile, I have been waiting for a suitable siding match since October 2024, after prepaying half of the project costs. Upon completion of the roofing work, I received an invoice for the second half of the allocated funds intended for the siding work. Unfortunately, the siding project remains unfinished, and my attempts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful, causing significant distress due to the incomplete work. I strongly advise against using this company, as they appear unwilling to collaborate with homeowners and prioritize collecting payments. read more

I met the door to door person Nova, who appeared very nice and professional. He pointed out to me storm damage and went through my insurance company back in April. I received the check in May and until this day I have not had my roof completed. I was told I was on the schedule for 8/6/2025 and the day has also came and went. Since then I have gotten the run around and have only been able to text and not get a response concerning refunding my money. Nobody answers the phone or responds to texts messages.. I feel scammed and have since reported this to the BBB and the Ohio Attorney's General office. Please beware of this company. read more
