The wrong size J channel used to install shake siding on the gable ends (thus making them pop out of the J channel with extreme temperature change). They made one attempt to correct when the project was completed, but whatever they did, it did not work. After a few months the repair failed again. This time I called the  Account Mgr. Nelson Kline who said they would take care of the problem, however, after (8+) months and (4) other attempts to communicate with him on when and how the repair would be handled, he stopped replying nor would he return my call.

There was a question about a warranty. However, last week, I received a call saying they were "in the neighborhood and just noticed that my address, which was close to where they were, was on their list". They wanted to know if I was available now and I told them terrific, yes, come over! I asked if they wore masks and was told yes. They were here within 15 mins., did a wonderful job repairing the problem and even assisted by doing something a little extra; no charge. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and I would recommend them very highly.

I had two other well known companies that came in one at 15k+ and another at 12k+. I started working with Jeremy with the quote and he uses a app on the smart phones that is called hover. This app allows you to take pictures of your house from different angles and render a 3D view of the house. He came back with what I thought was a fair price. All the items I wanted covered in the contract were covered. Everything was signed through electronic documents. He was able to get me 0 down and 0% interest for a term of 6-12 months. I ended up going with the 6 month term. The only think I wish I had was more face time with Jeremy during the signing process. Install: The installers where great. Very hard workers and knocked out the project with 2 guys in 4 days. I was on site a lot of the time and I did not see any time of them not working hard and that was something great to see. They communicated with me and let me know what was going on and made sure that I was informed. When the project was done I had a few things that I wanted to get touched up. Very small things they knocked out in 10 mins. That was great to see. I would say my overall experience with Jeremy and the crew was a very good one. Fair Price, quality work, good communications, and willing to make sure I was satisfied with the project even if it meant coming out to fix something.
