Well, I ordered more than enough, but never got the grill. And customer service is nothing but a joke. They offered me a $25 gift card. Instead of the $200 grill. The microwave and stove vent I ordered which were to be delivered within a few days suddenly became unavailable. Same for the stove I ordered. The salesman said he would find "something comparable." The stove arrived and I paid extra for its installation but it is nothing like my original choice. Lastly, the refrigerator I ordered arrived damaged. I sent it back after having a heated discussion with a delivery team who barely spoke English. A second refrigerator was ordered and shipped across state. The delivery people, also non-English speakers, stated they were unable to install it because I did not have the proper cord. I paid for the cord which the salesman said was the correct one when I bought the fridge. It had been five weeks since I ordered it. I sent it back with the delivery team and asked for a credit on my account. I ordered a different refrigerator from a local store (not big box), it arrived a week later and was installed the same day. No extra charge, no problems. You may think from the sounds of my review that I am prejudiced against non-English speaking persons. Wrong! I teach English to students who come from other countries who want to learn the English language. If Lowe's uses non-English speakers to handle deliveries and such, Lowe's should invest in their education.

In particular Diane very rudely and erroneously stated that she will not give the dog a biscuit stating my business partner's dog bit her on a far earlier occasion, nearly 6 months ago. While we don't have a problem with someone being uncomfortable giving a dog a biscuit, it was her announcement of a false statement to many customers which upset us. She proceeded to argue with us. When we went to the manager, Tim, he did not apologize for the poor customer service of his employee and he himself argued with us about appropriate customer service. We will not give our hard earned money to a location whose employees have very poor people skills, intentionally attempting to cause their customers to be looked poorly upon.
