Words are not enough to describe how grateful we are to this preschool…read more From the moment we walked in to tour the facility, Kim, the director made us feel welcomed and took her time to show us everything and go over every single question we had. She is always quick to answer you by phone or email and you never have to pray that she gets back to you. We enrolled our baby when she was barely 13 months old and this was her very first preschool ever, she was not walking yet. In just 5 short months with this school, she has learned to walk, sit and stay seated, do baby signs, say thank you and please, and, most importantly, go from very scared, sad and shy to a completely confident, happy, excited toddler and a social butterfly! The teachers are amazing and truly love what they do. They made her feel loved and safe and gave her room to fully blossom from day 1. We felt fully comfortable knowing our little girl was in good care. After a short transition, our girl looked forward to being in her favorite teacher's arms each morning and play with her new friends. From day one, everyone will know your baby's name, there is an efficient check-in system at the door that only authorized providers have the code for to pickup or drop off your child. You will get photo updates every day, and a daily report that tells you about their day, what they did, what they developed and eating. They also do monthly activities to foster a sense of community with the parents and children like hat parade, making, bird houses etc. They provide healthy, made fresh meals every day (for a fee) and you get to see the menu and know exactly what is served each day. There are 5 teachers in the toddler room and the teachers here have a very low turnover rate so you and your child will get to know them well. We drove 3 hours each day to go to this facility and will do it again in a heartbeat if the closer school to us is not a good fit. Thank you so much to Kathy, Daliza, Alexis, Estephania, Tamiesha, Janna, Christine, Tanesha and Kim for everything that they do and have done for us. If you are looking for a positive, nurturing and caring environment for your child to thrive, this is the place to be. Not only is the facility beautiful inside and outside but the quality of care is truly outstanding!

This school is a God send. From the principal, Miss Kim, to each and every one of the caring and…read moreloving teachers, this preschool is the perfect fit for YOUR CHILD! The curriculum is up to date with modern technology, the teachers make it a priority to treat your child with love and patience, and the atmosphere in the school is a dream. My family and I moved 45 min North, and we pulled our children out to be closer to our new home. Worst decision ever. The new preschool up north didn't give our children half the amount of respect and time when playing with them, teaching them and building such a beautiful relationship that Chesterbrook did. We pulled them out and transferred them back into Chesterbrook Academy the following week. There is no drive time that would stop us from coming here! Highly recommend! We love you

We live in Winston Park and this preschool is in the Publix plaza so literally across the street from us. They have great hours 6:30 am thru 6:30 pm andt hey had a special for $190 per week including meals, so we thought why not? Well there were numerous reasons why I am here now adding their business and writing their first *(1 star) review. I was so upset at the beginning. I regret taking my child to Coconut Creek Preschool. My child deserves the best and not only my children but ALL children. Even though my child was there for no more than 2 months, I feel guilty. It all began when he started coming home with bruises and then progressed to bite marks all over his little body. Every time I brought it up to the Principal's (Nicole) attention she told me it wouldn't happen again, and had me sign the incident form. My poor baby! This went on for weeks. At the end , I had to remove my child from this location because he then began biting back and Nicole warned me that he could potentially be removed from the school if he didn't stop. Her and I went back and forth. I asked for more vigilance and pointed out that he wasn't doing that before until he started getting bit. I'm not upset at the other children, but I am furious with the teachers and Nicole. Besides my concern mentioned above, there were more reasons for me to remove my child. One of them being that their phone number is linked to somebody's cellphone that is not actually at the daycare. Every time I tried calling the school I had to speak to that person and they would have the school call me back. Unacceptable. Also, on numerous occasions I witnessed the teachers rough handling and yelling at the children! This made me very uneasy and although I let the principal know, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. There most not be a cellphone policy in place. There were many times that I saw more than 1 of the teachers on their cellphones. How can you take care of all those children and be on your phone? The classrooms are also filthy. I can't let this go. The schools is relatively new so how does this happen? I can't believe I had my child here. But I feel like I had to share my experience so hopefully this doesn't happen to somebody else's child.
