The grout lines were too large, there were gaps between the pan and the tile work, and he measured incorrectly and decided to put up some hideous unfinished trim at the top. I do have to say he returned our money for labor but not materials. We have consulted with professionals and the entire shower will have to be ripped out because he also waterproofed it incorrectly. The team was also inconsiderate with our time. He asked me to get grout quickly and said he would be back in two hours and showed up 5 hours later with no communication. He also did painting that has to be redone, left our house a dusty mess, and threw his garbage from the job in our personal garbage. I have never experienced a more unprofessional crew.
