Roof felt placed vertically (not good for watershed, especially on a sloped roof!) then couldn't get the roofer to show back up to fix it horizontally like we wanted (and should have been done in the first place!) in a timely manner. Ordered WRONG siding and then tells us it's "all they could get" on the day they start installing despite NEVER saying it was different size when it came in. Made a BBB complaint because they are definitely NOT A+ and someone needs to know it. Despite a MULTITUDE of complaints laid out to the owner, we were only given 2/3 of a refund of our deposit for "time and materials" of which they removed dormer siding and placed paper, removed shingles, and placed the roof felt vertically (again, not the way we wanted). They tried to offer to finish for free but given they couldn't get workers to show consistently and my husband WASTED 6 DAYS off work for what we were told was a "2 day job", we had lost ALL faith for them to complete and no longer wanted them on our property. Only took less refund in order to avoid taking them to court and wasting even MORE of our time (and money) on this horribly mismanaged company. Owner only offered a full refund IF we took down our BBB complaint because their BBB rating is more important to them than actually doing the job right, doing what was promised in the amount of time promised, or providing better management of their subcontractors. Wish I would have just flushed that 1/3 down the toilet or done something good with it than ever hiring these people.
