Teddy, one of the associates at the garden area explained where each Type/size is more appropriate to use which helped me decide which one to get. Teddy was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. He also offered to help me load the merchandise in my car since I'm elderly. last week I went to HD again to buy flowers . He came over and asked if I needed help since he saw me looking at the hanging flowers which was above my reach. He did not recognize me but I reminded him of how he helped me the last time I was at the store. Teddy is such a nice young man and Home Depot is fortunate to have him as Employee.

HD manager stated would get back to me by business close friday, its sunday without a response. one window, installed broken in december, took till may to replace.

They figured it out and I ordered it. After completion of the wall, I have a whole unopened pallet of stone leftover, approx 40 pcs. I called to return the leftover stone and was told they do not accept returns. She said that I could put it on Facebook marketplace for sale. This is over $600 worth of stone. After a few days, I called again, asking for them to reconsider, with no resolution. This is not an item that has an expiration date, and I am sure that they would have no problem to resell this stone. Never opened- a whole pallet. My receipt does not state no returns or all sales final. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I like that they are a local small business and only a couple miles from my house. I gave specific instructions as to where I wanted the soil dropped when they arrived. " In front of the house, NOT in the driveway and NOT on the grass." That literally only leaves in between those two places, in front of the house. My neighbor called me and said they were IN my driveway and about to drop it there. He asked the driver if he would like them to call me, the driver said no that he would call me himself. And then waved my neighbor off. My neighbor then saw the driver begin to drop the soil DIRECTLY in the MIDDLE of my driveway! He blocked my car in and I have no way to get around it! I got no phone calls so my neighbor decided to call me and tell me what was going on. I called the Cornerstone office and spoke to one of the owners. She said she did instruct the driver to drop the soil in front of the house not in the driveway and not on the grass. She said she tried to call me 3 times and when I asked her what phone number she had for me because I didn't get any calls, she read the number off and it was the wrong phone number. When I said you have the wrong number for me written down, she acted as if it was my fault. I said I would really appreciate if there was something they could to do help me get it put in the correct place. She replied, "it's already dropped there is nothing we can do" I asked, "My house is only like a mile from you, you can't get a machine over to my house to move it?" She said "No I can't drive my equipment around, there is nothing we can do to now that it's dropped. I really wish your neighbor would have come out sooner and said something." I told her it's not my neighbors responsibility and I'm lucky he called me at all since they didn't. I understand that having the wrong phone number is an issue, but you would think that if they weren't sure that they were doing the correct job, that they would take the product back to their facility until they knew they could deliver it correctly! I paid $100 dollars JUST for delivery of this product and I am only a mile or so from where they had to bring it from, they did it wrong and refused to even TRY to help me. They didn't ask if I would like a discount for my troubles or anything. Simply said there was nothing they could do. I have 6000 pounds of soil that I now have to figure out how to move from my driveway before I can even move my vehicle! I will never use this company again and I would recommend no one else does either!
