He then came to the house with the contract we mutually signed and he gave me his start date. I asked him how many workers he had and he stated, "I'm going to get my two nephews." My wife pulled all of her flowers on the one side of the house so Dave could have best access to the foundation he was repairing. We were all set for him on the morning he agreed to start job. He never showed that day. I texted him and got a response that he "had emergency surgery and is going to be laid up for awhile". No one ever contacted me until I reached out to them. Frankly, I don't believe it. The timing is too coincidental. If you read his reviews, he stood up another customer after leading them to believe he was going to do a job for them. I think he couldn't get anyone to help him so he bailed on the job. I texted them back to void the contract completely. Beware him and these other small time tradesmen.
