It was exactly what we were looking for from the use of lighting, overall composition, and romantic style. There was no question that we wanted Pierre to do a photo shoot for us in Paris. Pierre was very communicative from the beginning and took into consideration what we were looking to do from location to outfit change. I had shown him some pictures and places I wanted to shoot at and he seamlessly created a timeline. When we first met him in person, he made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the different poses. He was very detail-oriented. He would let us know how to adjust our heads, relax the shoulders, and hand placement, and even adjusted my dress. He made us feel at ease and the session turned into fun. The biggest surprise was that he and my now fiance had set up a proposal for me along the River Seine. I could not have asked for a more perfect proposal with an incredible photographer. He and my fiance had been coordinating everything from hiding/holding the ring to even having a secret code phrase. He captured every moment for us and I cry still looking back at the photos. You can tell how passionate Pierre was about his work and it shows through the photos.

It was probably one of the best last minute decisions I have made in a while! We did an early morning shoot with Lena near the Eiffel Tower. She gave exact directions on where to meet her for the morning. We did a short walk from the meetup spot to the some places she thought would be nice. It worked perfectly because the spots did not have a low people, so she was able to capture our family with little to no traffic in the background. Lena was able to capture and keep our littles engaged with her warming personality. During the shoot, she shared some of our shots and I was blown away because they were so beautiful! We chose a package of 20 photos which was quite hard because nearly every picture was amazing! Not only do I recommend this company, but I plan to use them again in the future!

On the day we scheduled it was very cloudy and Stephen suggested postponing the shoot to a sunnier day. I did a lot of research on numerous Paris photographers and I'm so happy I went with them. Visiting from the US, I was a bit hesitant coordinating an international engagement shoot and wasn't sure how it would be meeting up with a complete stranger in a different country, but the whole entire process was so smooth and went perfectly. Right after I contacted them through the website, Federico emailed me back promptly with information about the packages they provided and his recommendations on where we should shoot. The entire email communication was great from beginning to end and he replied quickly to all the questions I had before the day of the shoot. (side note: I would recommend contacting them as soon as you figure out what days work since they get booked quickly!). I also loved how they reserved 2 days for us (back up date the day after in case it rained - which it does a lot in the fall/winter!) We chose the 1 hour package during sunrise in October, which was the perfect amount of time to take pictures around the Eiffel Tower (especially when it's 40 degrees outside and you're in a dress!). 1 hour didn't seem like a lot time to me, but I was really surprised how much we were able to fit in. I highly recommend starting off at the Trocadero, making your way down the stairs, and walk along the sidewalk down to the carousel. Federico is such a talented/easy going photographer and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire shoot. We received our photographs a few weeks after and loved them! The package said guaranteed 25 pictures, but we received around 50. They even include a bonus cinemagram (.gif style) which was super unique compared to the basic packages I saw from other photographers. My fiance and I both agree that doing the engagement shoot with Federico was one of the main highlights from our first trip to Europe. I'm so happy I decided to book an engagement shoot with them and highly recommend it to everyone who's thinking of doing a photoshoot in Paris!!
