Even though it's small, it has everything you need from meat, to produce, to snacks and a lot of health supplements. And they sell their own pre made vegan meals such as wraps, sushi & salad bowls (better than any salad bowls you'll get at any other grocery). Sometimes I do find that the staff in the aisles section, are not knowledgeable about where to find certain goods on the shelves, or knowing why perhaps a certain item is not in stock at that time. Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful!
