I called a number of companies to seek an appointment for an evaluation of my situation and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Harris promptly got back to me (only one other company returned my call) and we made an appointment. The estimator soon came out and evaluated my basement troubles. Developing an estimate took a few days - longer than expected - because he wanted to share the unique aspects of the problem with the company's owner, Tim, so they could best figure out the ideal solutions. I was happy to wait a few days for them to have more time to really think about the problem and what would be best: better than some "one size fits all" fix that wouldn't fix my basement problems. They determined what they thought would solve the problems, and that that it would be simpler (and more cost effective) than they originally thought. I hired them (I eventually had one estimate from another company - they came out after a few months; their estimate was much higher, $-wise, and they wouldn't be able to start work for a few months anyway). While there was a bit of a wait, given their other jobs, I got the work done quickly. Their employees were professional, and friendly, and really cared about doing great work. In the course of the job, they realized that the original plan wouldn't work out in one way, and again decided on a cheaper, more "conservative" respond to the problem which saved me money. All and all, I think Tim Harris and his crew really were just interested in solving my problems in a manner that would be effective and reliable, and at a fair price. Oh, my basement used to be a horribly disgusting place - dirty and dank! After what they did, it's now nice!! We can store things down there and the kids even have a play space. So my house has gained a lot of workable space because of what they did. And it smells better too! My only regret here is that I didn't know of them 10 years ago! If I had known about them then, I would have had a lot less frustration and expense along the way!

The places that had a similar door style only came in a set color that could only be changed if I hired another person to sand and re-paint the doors which would cost more than buying the door itself. Payam did an excellent job color matching the stains and paints of my cabinets with the wood and tile samples I gave him. My design for the kitchen and bathroom came out exactly the way I wanted to and the colors all flow together so beautifully. Aside from doing amazing cabinet work, Payam is also very attentive and always answers my calls/texts to address any questions that I have even after installing the cabinets. His reliability and honest work has made me become a customer for life. I have attached before and after photos of the kitchen and bathroom. I recently purchased an industrial loft here in Atlanta that hadn't been treated particularly well over the last 20 years. The owners, rather than do anything with the floors, simply painted over them a multitude of times with various layers and colors of cheap acrylic wall paint. When I closed on the place, there were large patches of the paint on the floor that were peeling up (see pic) and leaving paint flakes all over one's feet, shoes...everything. My place used to be an old linen factory and I knew the concrete beneath the paint probably had some great character. I called Pam from Flawless and she was able to stop by, see my place and send me a quote the same day that I called. The quote by flawless was lower than the quotes I got from competitors and initial conversations with Pam showed me that she actually knew more about the process than the other folks that had stopped by to talk to me about how they would go about getting rid of the paint (side note: If your concrete floor has paint on it, pay Flawless to polish it off. Do NOT use one of the other companies that will pour toxic chemicals all over it to burn it off.). Because I wasn't moved into my place at the time and travel so much for work, finding a few consecutive days to do it was impossible for me, but Flawless accommodated my schedule perfectly, popping over for one day here and another day once I came back from that trip, fitting into MY schedule so that it could get done. The team was incredibly friendly and I genuinely enjoyed having them over and chatting with them in between passes with the machines. Pam, Melvin and the entire Flawless team went above and beyond to not only bring out the AWESOME character of my floors, but made sure to check in on my thoughts along the way and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was nothing but overjoyed with the outcome, which I absolutely am.
