Julie, is possibly the rudest woman I've experienced in some time. I called three times with no call backs, after inquiring about the status of my family home's alarm system. The third time, she put me on hold and my cell disconnected. Upon calling back she angrily insisted I hung up on her! I tried to explain I'm my cell does that... she talked right over me and proceeded to repeat that I have "called three times," as if to say- "what do you want?!" Rather than realizing, I never got a call back from anyone! Hence needing to call! She says - "you don't have an account with us!!" Ok! Again- thank you for the call back, Julie, so I could know that! She then goes on- " you refused to give your name." Nope, again, Julie was insistent, but wrong. What actually happened was that I said I was not sure which name it would be under as it's a generational family home, so I asked if I could just give the address, which to the original young woman I spoke with, and experienced this conversation first- hand with, unlike Julie, was sweet and just fine taking the address to search! That young woman was the first that had told me she would need to look into it and call back. Since I never got that call back, unfortunately, I had to call in again and was met with Julie. And the rest is history. Julie- she's got bones to pick. She is aggressive on the phone, insistent and obnoxious. Julie- do yourself and the family a favor and stop answering the phones and step back from a job that requires you to deal with human beings, never-mind, be respectful if you want customers. For a family business supposedly around for so long, ( which was her "response??" to my question as to why she was being so rude) the reviews should be plentiful and positive. They aren't. I am the owner of a small company located in South Hackensack, New Jersey. Due to a problem created by my old security company, our alarm system was off line with no date for when the problem would be corrected. I called Bullet Security and the owner was here the next morning and he had a team here within a few hours. That night i was able to lock my building without any concerns. I cannot be happier with Bullet Security's professionalism, response time, work ethics and the added bonus, they saved us some money on the monthly monitoring fees. I had security cameras installed at my home yesterday. They were installed professionally and correctly. Took less time then they thought and when they left everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your security needs. Very happy with Bullet - the guys who come out to the house are all nice and helpful and very easy to work with. The folks in the office are also very nice. Occasionally it takes more than one call, but never when it's been super important. One evening I even texted Chad - expecting to hear back the following day during normal business hours - but he replied and helped troubleshoot the situation. read more
