Then after no calls I called and was told they will order my son's replacement straps for Donjoy braces. Said they should be in by the following Friday before playoffs. Called Thursday "today" before playoff games and now told it will be another week and a half. They seem annoyed by the call and rarely answer when you do call. This remains the case even though your insurance advises you are definitely covered for medical necessity, not limited to any specific condition. The front office is unpleasant and lazy, only wanting your business if you do their job for them. I would highly recommend the other orthotics business down the road that is professional and therefore is more than happy to work with your insurance.
