Lots of old reviews on this company. Had a very good experience today. Just had an oil change by Joseph and Stacey. Both were very professional and courteous. Joseph checked all fluids and topped off windshield washer fluid. Stacey changed the filter down below. What I liked was them calling to each other when something was done. For example, I started my truck while Stacey looked for leaks. Joseph called out when he shut the hood. I've been to other places for oil changes and have always wondered if the oil filter or oil pan screw was tightened adequately. Here you can stand stand in front of your vehicle and watch them work. Been coming to this location for years. Over 10 at that. Have to make sure everything is topped off. I asked for a transmission fluid change and Mike tells me it is specifically done at the dealership and that it couldn't be done here. I took it home and did it in my garage. Now I would like to have someone explain how I can do this in a garage with a 1:2ton jack. Also asked for a quote of a pad change on breaks. Not even brake fluid. 100$ front, 100$ back. Once again did it myself. Just want to say thank you because I'll be saving the money now. Had no problem paying for good service. When it's good. place used to be great boot sure if new owner or what but cannot stand the people here. So many issues to many to write.

Quick and easy, but need to pay attention to detail on documentation. Customer service is terrible. Personnel are rude & the answer is "bring it back in". They put the incorrect VIN number down(O instead of 0) & mileage as 6260 instead of 60,260 on a 2016 model. When called about, person told me to bring documentation back in, that people make mistakes.Yes, they do but they correct them. When I found documentation, and called back in to have them correct it, he said bring it in. He said he wasn't the inspector and couldn't do anything about it; I told him then let me speak to the inspector. The inspector corrected it on the phone, and never apoligized for the error. Wasted 2hrs trying to enter info on-line and making phone calls. Had I gone to the registration office in person, they would have rejected it because of incorrect vehicle inspection info. Don't plan on going back, but if I do, I will inspect the documentation before leaving the site; & recommend any customer do that. They seem to make a lot of mistakes. read more

I tried calling the "area director" twice and left message both times, never heard from Brian. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I went in to have my power steering checked, and the blonde or redhead man with the red face, didn't catch his name wouldn't look at me, wouldn't even stop for 2 seconds when he was INSIDE the building! I asked him how long he thought it would be, he rolled his eyes and said I don't know with a HUGE ATTITUDE!! So they lost a customer!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! It's sad how one person's attitude can ruin the WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT!! PATHETIC!! I don't care if your pissed or having a bad day!! My steering wheel is locking up when I'm driving and I have an hour drive as a home health nurse! So my day isn't that great either, and u don't see me taking it out on my patients! I took my wife's 2011 Chevy Cruze for an oil change and brake job. The staff was attentive, and got us in quickly. They performed the oil change and brake job as requested. They also topped the fluids and recommend we change the wipers due to the upcoming storm. Which ended up coming in the next day... good call on that! I normally do the maintance myself, but now I have shop near by that I can trust. PS. They even adjusted the E-brake cable and a week after the oil change the garage floor is oil free. I brought my company car in to get the oil changed at an approved Valvoline location. Was told by the middle-aged woman that they don't do fleet vehicles. I told her I had it done here last time and she told me no you didn't! I've never been treated so rudely! I would avoid this location at all cost! read more

Terrible customer service! This place not only took advantage of my 17 year-old daughter by over-charging her for an inspection and oil change, but caused serious damage to my husband's car. There is one technician there who is very courteous and helpful, but the actual current manager of the shop is rude and appears to be scamming customers. We are currently waiting on a call back from the owner. read more

I was loved how nice the employees who helped me were, but the manager was a bit rude to them even though they were doing a great job. If you go ask for Jackie, she was amazing! She tells you realistically what your car needs and explains everything without trying to oversell and rack up your bill. I'll definitely be a returning customer here! read more

If I could give this place -5 stars I would do it. I went to get a vehicle inspection was asked to wait; waited 20 minutes and then when I very politely asked what the status was I was told that they don't want my seven dollars that they don't could not care less that I am there. I was pretty shocked and asked why I was being given such an attitude the response from the attendance was "bye-bye I don't care I don't want your seven dollars" and get out of my face. I don't think I've ever been treated this way by any place of business I would not recommend anyone to come here ever for anything I will never come back to this place ever again and I will be filing a complaint with the state. I will make sure to let anyone that I know that lives in the area to steer clear of this place. I am still seriously pissed off. I also wonder why would this place have a state inspections done here sign if they're not willing to do them???? read more

I have been going to this place for 17 years for oil changes and inspections on all my vehicles and have finally had it with the service. Today I took my truck and trailer for inspections on both. Carl the manager needs to find another line of work because he sucks at customer service and is not a likeable guy. There was one car in front of me when I arrived. 4 more people arrived after I did for oil changes. When I asked the inspector about timing he told me I would have to wait until he inspected a truck that also came in for an oil change after I did because Carl told him to do it that way. That lit me up! Jiffy is right up the road or use someone else. Carl has been there for at least 3 years so the owner doesn't spend enough time there to figure out that Carl is bad for business. read more
