Being patient and giving this company enough grace knowing supply chain is slow counts for nothing. You simply won't be getting your money back. It's a sham. I have to agree with a couple of these people who have left reviews. Almost the same thing happened to me as with Gerry H, but taking my car there cost my brother several thousand dollars. I can only speak on the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Nathan said he was a certified gmc tech. One thing lead to another, one part after another part and so on equaling $4,900.00. Did the timing incorrectly, the rear seal still leaked. 3 times we had to take it back. Stoled the hood lift supports and broke the passenger side mirror. Didn't even offer to replace or fix it. I was stranded on I-37 heading to San Antonio in between towns with no help or mechanic available because it was a weekend. Titan Multi Tech came from 2 hours away to my location to diagnose the issue and fixed it for me at an incredibly fair rate. The nearest town didn't have the part available so he did us the favor of driving to the next town 40 minutes away to get the part for us. He stayed until almost 1am fixing our car. The service and chat was amazing and I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone! 100/10! The nicest thing was that he called to check up on us the following day to make sure we were fine. Do not trust these people for auto repairs! 90% of the time they do not answer the phone and will not call you back. My cars sat there for months with absolutely nothing to show for it other than excuses. Almost three months later i finally got the car back just for the engine to fail after a week because they didn't put it together correctly. After they said to bring it back if anything went wrong they would fix it they refused to answer the phone all week. I had to take it to a dealership to fix the mistakes they made and the dealership was going to charge me thousands of dollars. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. I paid $768 for a part and a month later they claimed they hadn't received it and it was lost in transit. They refused to give me any tracking or confirmation and refused to give me a refund.
