Their estimate was very detailed and tailored to my problems. Nothing was left out. The work involved removing the entire old lawn, preparing new soil and installing sod. He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that.
