The shop is very old fashioned with some of the stock looking as if it came out of the ark I can't see it getting better. They stock paint and building supplies which are their biggest sellers and they have a car park out the back so tradies can load everything they need but the shop has halved its size since Bunnings arrived. I've been in there when I wanted something unusual or something quick that I know they sell. It's convenient, what more can I say.

It does have a very good collection of all the basic hardwares you would need, but what makes shopping here different is the level of customer service. The store assistants are probably the owners as well, as that reflects in the quality of service being provided. They are keen to assist and offer help constantly. They may not know everything there is to know about hardware, but they do know their in store products very well and can offer suggestions for alternatives. I liked my shopping experience here a lot and cannot wait to go back! .... Did I actually say that out loud! Hm.. I guess a store can alter your perception.

How did I manage to survive and find the things I needed? I'm sure you'd know that Bunnings is massive (not as labyrinth-y like ikea but still... tricky to find specific items). The staff members were very friendly to guide me to the exact location of the items I needed and im very satisfied by the customer service. Thanks :)
