Between the asphalt from the shingles and the Fir needles the gutters have become clogged and unfortunately have begun to overflow the gutters right at the front door area. It has ruined her front her door and is damaging the stained glass sidelight. We have called 3 times to the corporate office over almost a 4 week period since the local company that installed them is no longer in business. All 3 times we have been told someone would contact her to set up a gutter cleaning, as of today no calls to set up a time. I also left a message for someone at Corporate named Jim who was referred to me by the receptionist who answered. NO CALL BACK from him either. We have talked to several local roofing contractors and they will not come out to clean Guttermaxx gutters due to the type of gutters they are and some proprietary reason. I would not recommend these gutters if you are planning on using the free Gutter Cleaning benefit.
