I will do my best to make sure the system knows exactly what she does. She was my 3 children's Gal ,she lied to them and tried to manipulate them for years that is until my oldest finally stood up to her and the others fell in his footsteps. She put my children in danger! Took them out of a healthy home with me when I was running from domestic violence (moved 20 minutes away and she filed lies with the court system) put them in the home with the man who abused me and current wife and was a drug addict with a very long list of arrests.She was hired to protect my children that's what the court paid her to do right? But instead she lied she covered for an addict and his mother and cost me thousands of dollars but most importantly time with my children that of which my children and I can never get back. My children talk of her to this day they tell me the things she did to them and the hate they have towards her. She told my family that my children would never come home with me instead they would be in foster care,she attempted to turn all of my family against me including my children!!! Once the truth came out and my ex husband his ex wife and I went to court together to fight for these children she then tried to turn us all against each other. I have emails . I have voicemails . I have recordings. She came into my home (to do a home check) and tried to intimidate me by having her husband sit on my couch!! How that's not breaking confidentiality in a juvenile case idk what is. When she was court ordered to inspect the living conditions of my children who were left with someone they didn't know while their dad (who she petitioned to have temporary custody) was in a detox at the other end of the state and had abandoned the children ... she lied on the documents stating he wasn't in the detox center and that she talked to the caretaker (I have the caretakers affidavit that states Burch never spoke to her yet came in her basement where the children were living with no adult and her very own son had drove their father to a detox because he was unsafe for the children along with so much more) Burch was notified that the children were living in a burned apartment that their father caught on fire with no working kitchen open electrical and smoke damage. She did not check on the children she did not notify the court system she continued to allow the children to live in drugs filth and danger. Burch did not like me from the beginning and when my mom wrote the bad review which is posted below she then tried to remove the children from seeing or talking to me or any member of my family!! I have never been in trouble with the law,never done drugs, I work with children on a daily basis I'm actually more qualified than she is when it comes to children yet she continued to make it out to the court system that I was the "bad parent" (this was because she was invested in my case because she knew my ex husbands current wife and her family at the time but lied and said she did not ...eventually all of that truth came out when she once again called and spoke to said family who were not involved in the juvenile case and they asked her to never contact them again ) I have facts upon facts and could write about this all day long!!! I'm very lucky I finally was able to fight through her lies and get my children back safe in my home and in my care . My children are old enough now to speak at court and tell the truth about her. I have emails that were sent to her about my children being unsafe and she ignored them. She made me and the kids attend therapy from a therapist Michelle McDonald who was not licensed(was Burch client)this woman is currently under investigation with the state. They told everything this woman done to them and I was able to file with the court system and have her removed from therapy with my children. I am in the process of telling our story it will include everything Burch did to me my children and my family along with the documentation. She will not protect your kids she will not abide by the law she will try to ruin your family. She was the Guardian Ad Litem on a DHR Case with my kids. During an IOP meeting with DHR in her office, she stated an opinion and then i stated mine. She called me a liar. She lies, she knew I was telling the truth, like I didn't already have enough stacked against me. She taught me to never trust again.
