Additionally, the office associates were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional whenever we contacted the office. Instead of being helpful or showing empathy, they often made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Communication was lacking from beginning to end. There was very little follow-up regarding the status of the case, and even after the disposition, and after several calls to find out why the client had never been picked up to start their time, they never provided any answers or proactive communication to explain the outcome or discuss the next step.
