Their meat…read moreis preservative & nitrate free, organic, wheat & gluten free, bio dynamic (not exactly sure what this means but it sounds like a good thing to be) and grass fed. Aside from beef, chicken, lamb and pork, they also sell fresh daily fish and some other gourmet speciality products such as stocks, marinades, soups, dips and quite a bit more. Like I said I've been shopping here for about 6 months and over that time food quality has been consistently excellent. The service is always impeccable and the shop is both modern and clean. Overall a first class establishment. Personally I think the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. They're open every day, yes even Sunday's and their brochure says they home delivery! Overall, this is a great market to check out, especially now after the unfortunate fire destroyed the Asian market in Footscray.
