Il faut donc quitter la session, redéposer de l'argent, puis recommencer le processus. Et le comble : quand j'ai voulu demander de l'aide à un employé, on m'a dit que je devais payer 7 $ pour avoir de l'assistance. Sérieusement ? On paie déjà pour utiliser les machines, et maintenant on doit aussi payer pour que les employés fassent leur travail ? Qui les paie alors ? Nous ou la compagnie ? so far awful experience- debit card was declined (apparently they have issues with debit cards…read moreaccording to their customer service). so I updated to my VISA, received an email saying it was declined- checked with my VISA account and not only was I charged, I was charged $40 more than my invoice. Call their customer service back and they said they would look into it. The following evening still no response from customer service however another attempt was made on the debit card to charge me again, this time for the correct amount. Who knows where this will end but most likely I will cancel my order tomorrow and dispute the charges to my VISA account for the $165.55 they charged me and claimed the funds were not received. what a mess. Great prices but they need to get their shit together. UPDATE - received an email, apparently updating my pay method created two orders - I'm learning but still not great in options to pay No PayPal and no debit cards, crazy.
