Ordering flowers from a city that you are unfamiliar with is always a challenge. Called Burge at 10:05 AM and ordered flowers for a friend stuck in a hospital for a week. I gave them my price limit and asked for something bright and cheerful to be delivered same day. At 11:43 AM I received a text from the young lady's mother with a photo of the flowers saying, "She smiled Huge!" WELL DONE BURGE, putting a smile on the young lady's face was my exact intent! I recently used Burge Flower Shop to have flowers delivered to my grandma on her 89th birthday. Initially I had placed an order with a big flower company. However, the arrangement I wanted wasn't available and the replacements offered were less than desirable and would arrive late! I cancelled the order and decided to go directly through an Asheboro florist. I am glad that I chose Burge. Not only were the flowers delivered quickly, I ordered in the morning and they were delivered just a few hours later. 100 percent I should have gone with direct flower delivery from a local florist to start. I live states away but it was breeze to send flowers to my grandma in Asheboro, NC for her birthday! I definitely got extra 'best grandkid' points for them. We were in need of flowers for my mom's funeral a couple of days later. I was familiar with Burge, but had not lived in Asheboro for many years. We visited them and was provided with great service that included helping us choose the flowers and arrangements. Burge handled everything from there. The flowers and arrangements (on the casket and on stands at the head and foot of the casket) were magnificent! Everyone agreed. Clearly the talent and service at Burge are tremendous.
