    Mozza burger

A really awesome little burger stop. I saw the previous review and need clarification so we detoured off the highway on our way back from Nordegg. 1. The gray is brown slightly green - tastes good but i asked for mayo and ketchup because that's my fav! 2. Yes the burgers look like they have been smashed a bit but it think it actually made them better! I tried the mozza and the they had so much cheese they actually fried it on with side! So good. We also had the Canadian clearly a fav and the mushroom burger which I would put down as my least fav but still decent. 3. Milk shakes are on point. Thick and lots of flavours to choose from. We were planning on ice cream but next time. Cute patio

I came to visit with my dad this past week, and today I decided I needed a burger. I wanted to try a local independent burger place and found the Burger Bar. Staff are friendly enough, but what makes this place spectacular is the burgers (it's really all they make). I was able to substitute mushrooms for cheese (thanks!) on the Canadian Burger. Tasted great! The inion rings were some of the best I've had (not too much batter). Refills on the coke are not included. My dad said the milkshake was a 9 on a scale of 1-10

    Love, love, love this place.

Really good quality burgers for a great price. It's that simple, which is why Let's Smash is my…read morefavourite Edmonton burger stop. Burgers are made fresh and smashed just right, not too thin that they crumble at the edges or fall apart in the bun. All burgers are two patty minimum. The most basic burger costs $12, and comes with cheese and a ton of fresh veggie and traditional toppings. A burger combo is $17 and includes a drink. Upgrade to a poutine or a milkshake for a couple of bucks. Their fries are really good, chunky and made fresh. Haven't tried the milkshakes. Proper old-school burger joint food. Compare with fast food and other small local burger places. A quarter pounder at McD's costs $8 these days, crazy. At places like Woodshed or Foxburger, you can't get just a burger, and prices start at $14 (single patty no cheese) or even $20. Drinks are extra. I love these local burger places too, but the burger quality is similar in my opinion, and I really like the style of burger served here. Let's Smash has the Goldilocks "just right" kind of smash, the burger buns hold up to the contents, and the toppings are fresh and flavourful though not as fancy as other places. One time though, I had a burger here that was topped with gyro toppings, specifically the pickled veggies, and it was delicious. We always sit in, there's plenty of seating space, and usually some soccer or European music contests on the TV at a low volume. Service is efficient, order at the counter and have a seat. No alcohol service means less trouble, which is nice for lunch or early supper on Jasper Ave. We generally get friendly service and have never felt forgotten or neglected for the steady stream of delivery drivers.

Delicious burger! Served with fries. Was prepared in 7 minutes. The ambiance is pop music.read more
