This Burger King has a wonderful staff of hard working people. I was there today, and they were very busy, inside as well as in the drive thru. Several of us were waiting for our food to come out ( at the counter) & one customer was extremely rude and one of the male workers was tasked with giving the hateful customer his money back. This employee remained calm and professional and even wished the man a good day (and not in a sarcastic way, either). The other staff remained calm and kind as well. I have been to this BK before and have always had a positive experience. And our lunch was delicious. read more

We placed the order using the Burger King App and from the Burgers for Breakfast menu we ordered two sandwiches . I placed my order at approximately 9:00 a.m. and the order would be ready at 9:07 a.m. When I arrived the woman at the register stated I would have to come back after 10:30 a.m. because one of the sandwiches was a lunch sandwich and when I stated I ordered it from the Breakfast Menu on the Burger King App, she said there were not enough people there to make my Burgers. I am done with Burger King, also erasing the Burger King App cause I couldn't get it my way or the way of the Burger King App. Needless to say, The customer service sucks. read more

The other day we got great service and hot food. Today couldn't have been worse! It took 14 minutes to get a burger and fries. When I asked the young man what had I ordered that took so long, he said it's not the food, it's the cook. 3 cars behind me got food ahead of me. Did I mention I got only burger and fries. After hosting a wedding, we were starved. Last night we tried the McDonalds just down the road, and it was awful! I used to think, McDonalds had the best fish sandwich. This was terrible, like eating tasteless cardboard! Tonight, I suggested the next nearest, open, location... that was, Burger King. I was not excited, but, we had to eat! The food was delicious! The drive thru, was so polite, and I am now sure, I will go to Burger King, at least on Richland Ave, Aiken, SC. many more times! I was at Burger King on Richland Ave in Aiken, SC at drive-thru and ordered a Double Whopper meal and employe asked me what kind of drink i said "Coke" ( meaning Regular Coke) she tell me to pull up to window, i got my food, pulled up and looked in bag and i discover they gave me Regular Whopper, I go inside restaurant and tell them about it, they start the process of making a new/correct one ( Double whopper) in the meantime i hear an employee talking to another customer saying we do Not have Regular coke, so i ask employee "Well if y'all are out of Regular Coke what did y'all give me, she said Coke Vanilla" i said No i want a refund back for Everything , i told them i had JUST left York St. location for same reason, Employee cops an attitude and says " They both taste the same" i just kept my mouth shut because i wasn't going to get into a confrontation with her, but the slogan for Burger King ( i thought was "Have it YOUR way" ) that couldn't be Further fro the truth, and an Employee is Not supposed to argue with a guest, TASTE IS IN THE MOUTH/TASTE BUDS OF THE BEHOLDER.... My food served was cold when I asked for fresh I was given attitude. There was no coke when I inquired about the diet coke caffeine free no one changed it out. The overall dining was dirty. Won't be returning there. read more
