I tried to call 10 times over the course of 30 minutes to place an order before I had to come up to the restaurant. Phone was constantly ringing like it was busy tone. By the time I get there I see a girl taking the trash bag out to the dumpster with her bare hands, no gloves on. She proceeds to come back into the restaurant opens the door to go back to the kitchen and grabs some napkins. She proceeds to put the napkins in the napkins holder on a table. Never once did she was her hands which is pretty disgusting to when it comes to handling someone's food. Sometimes we get a craving. Nothing else will suffice. For me, that was Chicken Wings. HOT Chicken Wings. I wanted the heat, the burn. So I stopped here for wings. The cashier was nice enough. I ordered 10 wings. I was asked what type sauce would I want on my wings. I replied, "The hottest you have, " a smile flashing across my face. Within a few minutes, my order was ready. I asked what type of pepper did they use. She didn't understand. So I asked, what type of hot sauce was it. She said they make themselves in back. She didn't know. Didn't know? Sheesh! Ok. I thanked her and walked out. My mouth began to water in anticipation. Anticipation to feel the heat. Oh boy! I bit into the first wing. WHAT??? TABASCO sauce? But they make it themselves, she said. It had to be Tabasco (with an insanely amount of salt). Tabasco is like one step up from ground pepper, drowned in vinegar. Tabasco sauce is listed as hot, only because the people who rate the peppers have a soft spot (plus alot of people were crying, "That's not fair! We wanna be included!") At least the wings themselves were crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Still, I really was looking for some heat. This brought the score up to a three. read more

I ordered the 10piece Teriyaki Lemon Pepper wings. No sides. It was more than $1/ wing. It didn't take long for them to return with my order. About 5 minutes. Appearance: 10 small wings. A mix of flats and drums. At first glance, they looked like they were only seasoned with Lemon Pepper. But there was a light coat of teriyaki on them Temperature: Taste/Flavor: The lemon pepper didn't overpower the teriyaki, but I could have gone for more teriyaki sauce, in general. The wings weren't overfried and they weren't 'burn your mouth' hot. They don't do call ahead orders, so I don't know how well they'll do with larger orders. They also have seafood dishes. DONT EAT HERE!!!! The owners are rude and don't like to fix there mistakes. The last time I came they tried to pass mushrooms as meat on the Philly. Last night they gave me the smallest amount of meat with two slices of cheese on it. I asked could they put some more meat on the sandwich , the owner/cook says you need to pay for extra meat if you want it!! There's no meat on here in the first place but you want me to pay for extra. They immediately said no refunds and didn't want to switch the food for something that cost the same amount. I have been to A-town numerous times in the past, and I always love their food. But, recently there has been a very rude employee who is loud and makes racist comments no matter who is around. She has brought a baby in the back and made racist comments about the owner when he asked her to give the baby back to the mom. Also, she made racist comments about the cooks right in front of me as I was trying to order. Employees are a vital part of a customers experience and lately she has been ruining mine. read more

Have stopped in several times for the wings and fries. Have tried several different flavor wings, ranch, lemon pepper, teriyaki, all have been really good. Wings are not breaded and come out with a crisp outside. The plate is always stuffed with fresh hot crinkle cut fries. Each order is cooked as it is ordered, nothing has sat under a warming light.
