As im in the drive-thru, 3 cars deep, I noticed the female taking orders was all over the place taking orders. Get up to get my milkshake & the guy kept passing me my receipt after I told him I didn't want or need it. He stated he had to & i asked why, your the 1st to tell me this. He shrugged his shoulders & the female behind him grabbed my milkshake & slammed it down on the counter by him as to hurry up & give this to her & get her gone. My experience on 12/06/24 was not great. My fish sandwich was either overcooked or had been in the warmer for an extended period of time. my onion rings were not only cold but soggy. Staff did not even bother to say hello to us or the other 3 customers behind us. All I can say is that at least the dinning area was clean. read more

So Im a door dasher and huge fan of Burger King but after tonight I don't think I will be. When I'm dashing late at night and have an order from Burger King I typically grab a coffee takes little to no extra time. I then was informed by an employee that I can no longer do that do to door dashes rules and that is in fact incorrect. She said someone there door dashes and knows so it won't be happening anymore. As a door dasher we are an independent contractor and I even double checked with door dash they said that I am allowed to do as I please and if I want food or a drink I can gladly order it. So if this is the treatment I will be receiving for helping you distribute your food to customers who can't drive or simply don't want to, on top of giving you more money because I simply wanted a coffee then I will not be returning nor will multiple other dashers and will not be accepting orders form Burger King. read more

Better than the McDonald's across the way. Only fast food place in town with a kids' play place. Pretty annoying they no longer offer chocolate milk. Hardly ever a drive thru line unless it's around lunch or dinner time when the wild hogs come out to feed. read more

This place has really good food and the drink machine is awesome, I also really like the ketchup machine to get your own ketchup, and the foods cheap. My only problem is that it's so hot in the play area. read more

This place is by far the worst BK i have been to. The Drive thru crew has all the personality of a cactus in the winter. They open the window, give you a total, and dont utter a single syllable beyond that, it is extremely rude. They treat you like you are wasting their time. I have only had the RARE experience at this location where they got my order right. Most of the time they forget a portion of the order (though they remember to charge me for the entire order every time) and then have the nerve to challenge me when i return to the store. I have asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and been given sausage egg and chees on the most burnt biscuit i have ever seen. And the oil tastes like they never change it, i have had to throw away more fries and hash browns than i like to admit because they taste like month old, burnt oil. Whoever owns this store should fire everyone from the top down and start over, and PRAY they can salvage the reputation. Passersby should just pass it by. The McDonalds only 100 yards away is MUCH better. read more

Went thru the drive thru, asked for a simple whopper w extra pickles, no onion or tomato. I got 4 tomatoes, 7 rings of onions, and no cheese. The service was slow asf. Went here this morning to get breakfast. Service was horrible!! They took so long our food was cold when we got it and people in front of us were turning their cars off. We ordered 2 medium cokes and a medium root beer, but only got one coke and a root beer. The lady charged us for a coffee we never order, didn't give it to us and still told us we had to pay for the coke we had ordered. Our hash browns were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. And the lady at the window was rude. Over all, I will NOT be back to this location. read more

Went at about 11 pm night before Easter. Had a $5 e gift card, along with a coupon for a $5 meal. Also ordered a double order of chicken nuggets. Order came to $8.88, but with coupon I was supposed to pay for the nuggets, 3.38. I paid with a $10, only wanted to give me $1.12 back! Had to argue just to get the right change back! If you order something without onion because of an allergy, the item still has on it or can watch them pick it off and try to reserve item to you!!! read more
