I applied to this taco bell. I only worked 4 shifts, and was hardly trained in during this time. even though I was already "hired" they replaced me before I could do anything. I never received my uniform or had mention I was going to get one. I was not told how much I was getting paid. I was never trained for line or what I was hired for. The communication was terrible as the managers never told me what was wrong when or if, there was an issue. I was told I was fired on a call I made myself. The floors were always dirty with food or something that they always swept under the floor. The bathrooms are extremely dirty as every night i was there the toilet was covered in urine. Everytime I come here (only fast food place I ever go to) my food is always cold, the staff are very rude, especially the night manager, went thru the drive thru and the manager was training someone and he was taking our order, he was doing fine and didn't know he was being trained and we just we're checking our price on why it was double charging us and the manager got a snotty attitude with us cause she thought we were being rude. Second time we went they only had two staff working and just tonight did they tell us they couldn't do two separate orders in one car, that if we wanted to do two orders we had to drive all the way back thru the drive thru and order again. She was being so rude and just kept saying we couldn't do separate orders, we were not happy and gave attitude back but they were being rude and not explaining why they couldn't do two orders when we know and have done two orders many times. read more

I went into this Taco Bell to grab a quick bite to eat. Quick, it was NOT! There were 3 cars in the drive thru, so I went inside. There were two guys in front of me who had already ordered & were standing there waiting for their to-go order. My order was taken right away, but I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for 2 Steak Soft Tacos & a Nacho Supreme. That's all I ordered! I saw 4 kitchen workers, so I know it wasn't because they were short handed & there were only 3 cars in line when I got there. After finally getting my food & leaving, I notice that my steak tacos don't have any sour cream or tomatoes. I didn't know I had to order them supreme in order to get those items because I don't at the Taco Bell in Mt. Pleasant; they come that way automatically. read more
