I asked for a croissant, and the lady told me that they are not serving breakfast. I looked at my watch and it was 10:35am. So I ordered a chicken sandwich. I waited a while until the girl took my money. I looked behind me and there were 4 cars behind me. Finally someone came to the window and took my money. Then a few minutes later she told me to park and they will bring the order out to me. The three cars behind me parked in the spaces next to me. The car behind me had a big order and received it before me, my one sandwich. I was ready to walk in, and get my money back, when the girl finally brought my order, 40 minutes later, and no apology. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes! Not exaggerating at all. There were 3 cars ahead of me. 40 minutes later I get to the window and the guy says to me, "WE ARE BEHIND, CAN YOU PULL OVER INTO THE PARKING LOT" I told him I was in line for 40 mins now and showed him. My timer on my phone. I said how much longer. He said 10 - 15 minutes. This tells me in the 40 minutes I was in line, they hadn't even started me simple order of 2 chicken sandwiches. I just sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes. I cannot leave because there was somebody in front of me and somebody behind me. When I did get to the drive-through, they were extremely rude. I stopped by with a friend and ordered food at the Burger King located on RT 501 in Conway, sc. My friend went over to a table and immediately began cleaning it so we could have a clean surface to use. When I commented about it, he said that this place is always dirty. While waiting for my order, I began to look around and saw that many surfaces were dirty. I began to wonder how dirty the cooking area was. As a result, I have not been back. We came to this BK at 7pm. No one was here. We waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us or took our order. One car behind us left. we were told to pull around to wait up front. There are now 3 other cars being told the same thing with no room to park. Still not one customer inside!! Went here to pick up a mobile order, after waiting 30 minutes after arrival the kid brought out my order. As I was checking my order it wasn't complete, I was missing a burger and a drink. The kid went back inside and came back with my drink and no burger. I go inside and ask for my burger that I didn't receive and the older black lady with long hair accused me of stealing the burger. First and last time I will be eating from this establishment. Last time I will frequent any Burger King. Never realized working fast food could be so complicated. Quality here is below BK standards by a large margin. Fry oil is old and isn't getting hot enough. Produce is at least a couple days beyond fresh. Tomato, for example, has lost all texture. The bread is beyond day old stale. Just not very good quality at this location. Staff, timing, and cleanliness were about what I expect from BK but quality here is well below even an average BK. We went to Burger King 2330 HWY 501 E. Conway, SC 29526. When we got there we ordered a 12 dollar combo. There was a guy there not doing anything. When his coworkers told him to get to work he got two big buckets of ice and slammed them on the counter. Then they told him to take the customers orders. When he waited on me he slammed the two drink cups that came with the combo on the counter. I said he was being rude and that must have angered him more. He took my 20 dollar bill and gave me one dollar back in change. He walked off after he gave me the dollar so i couldnt tell him he owed me 5 dollars. Another worker came over and gave me my change. Hands down, this has got to be THE WORST form of customer service and poor management I've ever encountered. It took forever at the drive through window. We recanted our order FIVE times total, three being at the window and they still got it wrong and added pickles. Bacon was burned, and no tomatoes. I go inside and speak to the manager. She explained they ran out of tomatoes. Wait, WHAT?!?! You are a fast food restaurant that puts tomatoes on the majority of your sandwiches. Oh and the pickles? I usually don't write these kinds of reviews because I think people generally know what to expect from any particular fast food joint. But I honestly feel like I have to warn people to stay away from this place. I make the occasional mistake of hitting up the drive thru on the way to class to grab some cheap iced coffee and an egg croissant, usually when I'm running late for class or I'm too lazy to make my own breakfast some days. Anyway, on the 7 occasions I've visited this place in the last 3 weeks of class, I've either had my order come out subpar or just be completely messed up. The iced coffee is either too sweet sometimes or totally watered, and there's been at least 3 separate occasions where my bacon egg and cheese sandwich was missing either the egg or the bacon, or I've been given what tasted like day-old chicken nuggets or fries. But like I said before, this is a typical fast food joint. Having my crappy, unhealthy fast food come out crappy is the least of my concerns. You get what you pay for, after all. But all of this pales in comparison to the typical don't-give-a-sh*t attitude of the people running that place. Everytime I've made the mistake of going up to the drive thru, I've been greeted by people who either don't have a long enough attention span to take my order or obviously think that whatever conversation they're having in the kitchen is more important than doing their job. I've worked customer service before. I know how it feels to not give a crap about your low-wage dead end job because it doesn't really require much out of you and doesn't really offer you much in return, but one of the base requirements of taking said job is actually DOING IT while you're on the clock. I can't count how many times I've had some lady take my card (without telling me my total), give me my receipt and then practically throw my order at me without so much as even a thank you or customary here-you-go. Anyway, I wrote all of this to say, stay the f*** away from this place. The food is bad, and the workers are worse, period. There's a reason why there's never a line at the drive thru because most people have taken the hint already. If you want decent cheap fast food, there's a perfectly good Wendy's and Cookout not even 4 doors down on 501. Seriously, stay away. read more

It should be minus. The service is so bad that you order 2 double cheese burgers no mustard they give you 2 with mustard. The receipt was correct not order. I return they didn't apologize they changed roll on one and removed pickles and ketchup and the other they use a knife and remove everything.
