I ordered my food at about 7:30 PM. I had a long, frustrating day and honestly I was a bit rude while ordering. Instead of treating me with the same attitude, the manager Marvin took over my order. Burger King on Church Street in Georgetown is a well managed Burger King location that is a consistent stop when you want a quality burger and fries on the move. I really like the way they make everything. The staff here is very efficient and keeps everything moving even when it is busy and there is a line. I have had a good experience coming here. read more

This Burger King is about as inconsistent as you can get, which is surprising since it's across the street from a McDonalds that is extremely consistently good. I don't know how it remains in business serving up whoppers that look like this. I ordered online figuring it would save time, but that was a joke. Pulled into the drive thru (double lane setup) and waited while they took three cars in a row from the other lane and never acknowledged we were there. I drove around the restaurant and attempted to go inside and THE DOORS WERE LOCKED! At NOON! Drive thru only. I would have left altogether and gone across the street, but I had already paid for the food by using the app. Lesson learned. So around we go, bypassing the order line, to the serving window where we gave them our order number and complained about being abandoned in the drive thru. "I'm the only one here". Well, that's not my problem. Tired of hearing all this same crap all the time. Charging the highest prices ever, paying the highest hourly wages ever, and still can't keep help? Well if you continue to put out a burger like I just got you won't be open much longer. Seriously, the worst whopper I think I've ever been served. I honestly don't think I'll ever be back. This happens all too often at this store. Management needs to walk across the street and ask McDonalds how to run a burger restaurant. read more

Start to finish I heard the phrase "Sorry about that sir" 5 times, to different customers each time. Pathetic, sad excuse of a fast food chain. They gave me the wrong burger and then continued to make my new burger improperly. They gave me the wrong size side also. I wouldn't come back here unless it was the last place on earth for me to fulfill my caloric intake. Absolute trash. If I could give this place 0 starts I would the burger I received was sloppy and terribly crafted. I've never seen such a small burger before. Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing a Burger King etc... but I thought maybe this one deserved some extra info since it has no other reviews. I often drive from Charleston to Myrtle Beach and back. Georgetown is that halfway point to stop for anything to eat before you enter the wilderness abyss on either side. There are a few options to choose from for a quick bit that are all pretty close to one another. A while back you would've wanted to avoid this location to your best ability but, it's gotten better. They did some renovation to the building and cleaned it up quite a bit. It used to be a straight up dump but, it's now clean and presentable. For the most part, they get my order correct and the food is hot and fresh. That's really all you can ask for at a place like this. read more

Why is it so hard to give hot fries, stop giving customers cold fries when you aren't busy. This Bk needs to do a little better. Serving hot fries would make the difference in your establishment and one that don't take care of their customers, that's a happy customer when they reach in the bag and grab that fresh hot goodness. read more

Wow the worst customer service I ever experienced. No car in drive thru but I still waited 6 minutes before they responded. The woman was unhappy at me for making her work I think . When I got to the pickup window I saw three workers leaning against the counter talking and laughing. There uniforms were all dirty as though they hadn't been washed in months. They were touching their ears and wiping their noses as they handled my food. If I hadn't already paid for my chicken sandwich I would've just left. If I could give this Burger King a no stare I would. The people working there can't fucking take orders correctly we payed for one whopper and a TRL whopper. I ended up get a burger with hella fucking mustered and ketchup and the whopper looks horrible. I never got the TRL whopper. I can't give my favorite burger place five stars because of all the inconsistency I have experienced here. The best manager they had no longer works here. The staff isn't really friendly. Unless a manager is around, you can expect some long waits. A district manager has been notified one more than one occasion due to problems. At times, the food is excellent. read more

Never written a yelp review before however I had to for this one. I don't think I've ever met someone so miserable and awful in my life. I think even some of the other employees were aware of how awful this person was. I mean I don't expect anything when I order fast food but this person actually somehow made life terrible for the 5 minutes I had to deal with them. I feel really bad for all the people that have to work and be around her she is the devil. If a manager of that place reads this you gotta fix this problem, seriously. 10/30/2017 11:44am I ordered 4 burgers @ drive thru to take home about 3 miles to home. Once there I opened the burgers to add onions and noticed one patty had what appeared to be a human bite out of it. Upon closer inspection, I was convinced it was after seeing different colors from the bite edges than from the cooked edges and the perfectly bitten, not broken or torn separation from the patty. For the sake of consumer safety and health issues I returned to BK today, 10/31/17 and spoke with the manager (Tami) which did not seem concerned saying sometimes a piece may fall or be broken off. Ignoring my description, she seemed pre-occupied so I left with no refund, or satisfaction whatsoever. read more
