Arby's Has the Meats... but Should They?…read more Walking into this Arby's felt like entering a time machine to a sad, forgotten era--specifically, the one where customer service died. The cashier looked at me like I had personally ruined their day just by existing, and the only thing moving slower than the kitchen was my will to stay. I ordered a Beef 'n Cheddar, which sounded amazing in theory. What I got was a sad, overworked bun trying to hold together a pile of meat that looked like it had lost a fight with a microwave. The cheese sauce? More like cheese glue--it bonded to my fingers, the wrapper, and possibly my soul. The curly fries had so much grease I could've wrung them out and powered my car. Some were so overcooked they could double as self-defense weapons, while others were so undercooked they still had hopes and dreams. And don't even get me started on the Jamocha shake. I was expecting a delicious, creamy blend of coffee and chocolate. What I got was a room-temperature puddle of sadness that tasted like someone whispered "coffee" near it once. Would I come back?
