Usually all the Chick-fil-a restaurants are very clean and I have no thought about food safety. However, this location was the exception. You can tell a lot by the restrooms in a place of business. Here, the womens bathroom trash was overflowing, there were no hand towels, floor was dirty and littered, and a roach or some sort of beetle was on its back kicking it's legs. The dining area seemed much the same. The condiment self serve area was trashed, the counter behind the register dirty and the drink cups we were handed were sticky. Until these issues are addressed, I'd avoid this location. read more

The food was solid, as usual. And the employees were generally helpful. However, I got lectured by one employee for bringing a drink into the play area, since a spill would be "a disaster." Have you ever had Chick-fil-A sauce? If not, you need to make it a priority. Everything CFA related is freaking delicious on its own, but adding that sauce might make your head explode from so much happiness in the tiny plastic container. The lines at this joint always move quickly despite never having seen less than 15 cars in line. The staff is fabulous and friendly considering the amount of pressure they must be under to move that many people so fast. I'm here in a Cape on a nursing travel assignment and I have NEVER been to a chic-fil-a this slow, meal order is missing something and where the cashier can act they don't see you waiting. I was the only person in line at the window for 10 minutes after I paid when the person came back and asked if I can pull up and wait on my order. When I asked him for my money back he told me he has to figure out how then all of the sudden it's coming up. I was the ONLY person in line at 6:30a! Today I do an online order 17 minutes out as I'm driving in from St. Louis, clicked the "I'm here" button because I know there slower and when I get there the food still isn't ready and it's missing salsa and fork/spoon. It might not be a big deal to others but this is the norm there. You can't be in a rush or try to be on time for anything, with them you will be late! Unfortunately for me, I leave to early to get it in St. Louis and this is the only chic fil a in front of the hospital so I'm screwed! We would frequent this location almost weekly as we enjoyed the food and the service. The last few times we've gone to this location the customer service has been abysmal. Currently this location is not open to dine indoors, they took away the carside service and you now have to go inside to pick up your order...you just can't eat it inside. Not great, still we went. Yesterday (7/22/2021) was a different story. I placed my order on the app, went thru the drive thru to pick it up and was informed that they are no longer allowed to cook chicken well done as we have requested (per corporate, which I've since discovered is not true after I talked to corporate about this matter). We've been ordering our chicken well done for over a year (at this location) mostly due to the fact that they consistently give us chicken that is barely blond and very soft...it's not great. I told them that I did not want my order then and could I please get a refund. She informed me that I would have to wait in the drive-thru line to get a refund. I asked if I could just pull out of the drive-thru so not to wait in the line. The way I was treated from this point forward is ridiculous. I was nothing but patient and kind. I had my kids in the car with me so I asked if a manager could come speak with me so I didn't have to unload everyone and traipse into the store. A manager came out and said I needed a receipt to get a refund. I ordered on my phone so I didn't have a paper receipt. She asked to see my phone I assumed she wanted to see the screen of my order. I held it out to show her and she took my phone and began walking away with my unlocked phone to take it inside. I yelled after her (to catch her attention) that I wasn't okay with her walking off with my phone. She then returned to my car, gave me my phone and told me (rudely) "Well, then you are going to have to get out of your car and come inside" and then walked off into the store. I got my kids out of my car and walked in only to her her talking about me rudely and loudly in front of all the other employees and customers in the store. It was at this moment I was fed up with this store, got my refund and left. I cannot believe how they treat their customers at this location but I can tell you that I will not be going back. In the grand scheme of things I know it won't matter to lose me as a customer but it's the only thing I can do. read more

Tonight I decided to try and use their delivery service and I have never been so disappointed in my life! I got a push alert that my order had been delivered and so I looked outside my door but didn't see anything. (I Opted for contactless delivery) So I decided to give the restaurant a call to see what was going on. A man named Wendell answered. I guess I forgot to update My phone number because they said they called multiple times and I didn't answer so they left it outside. I live in a multi dwelling unit. My address is specified with a building number and "letter". Instead of the delivery person leaving it on my doorstep with the specified letter on the ticket she left it OUTSIDE my entire building. Not on my doorstep. Not inside the corridor, OUTSIDE!!! When I spoke with the person who answered the phone at the store he spoke loudly, quickly, and then hung up rudely before I could voice My frustrations. I have eaten at this C-F-A for years and, up until recently, have never had a single complaint. The last few times I ate there they did not give me any of the sauces I requested, not a single napkin in the bag, the fries were limp, greasy and didn't seem fresh and worst of all, after a few bites, the chicken grossed me out. I'm a frequent Chick-Fil-A customer and love Chick-Fil-A. I went to this Chick-Fil-A today 11/12/2016. As I was waiting, I noticed a gentleman with brown hair who "appeared" to be the manager unwrap a burrito, place his finger on the burrito, re-wrap the burrito, hand it to the young lady in the black jacket, who then proceeded to place it in a bag, hand it to me and apologized for the long wait time. I've never seen anything so disgusting and unsanitary before in my life!!!! Usually when I go to Chick-Fil-A the burrito is wrapped with a sticker placed on the burrito. I'm thinking why would he unwrap the food? Why is he touching the food with his hands? Why did he do that???? I proceeded to tell the young lady at the window, the gentleman just unwrapped the burrito and placed his finger on it. Her response, "maybe it was his burrito he touched"! If it was his food, why did re-wrap the burrito and hand it to the young with the black jacket, who then proceeded to hand me the bag with the burrito?! I'm a Duke and Wharton Graduate, I guess she thought ! She did apologize and offered to make me another burrito, I graciously "DECLINED" after witnessing that unsanitary scene, I DON'T want anything from this location again!!!
