Went to the Redcliff location (which doesn't even show up on the map) for lunch. Ordered the 12pc chicken fries meal. Not only did it take over 15 minutes to prepare my "fast food", it came out cold. Over 1/2 my lunch break spent in line for a cold meal. Too bad I don't have time to wait for them to fix it. read more

Got a Whopper with Cheese combo and was very very disappointed. Half way through my burger I got an outside piece of onion skin and my next bite was a pickle with the shredded end. Both were hard on the teeth!! Now I know that I should stick with DQ!! read more

Usually, this location is really good. I tried to call the restaurant to get this problem sorted however they will not answer the phone and their mailbox is full. I placed an order for three whopper, combos, with no tomatoes. They all had tomatoes, they didn't ask what kind of drink I wanted at the window, they just assumed I wanted Coke. The lady at the window was not keen to fix the problem and I was running late to work to try and argue with her. They need to train their staff a little better. read more

redcliff burger king sucks, this ones much better, always get the same order and never once was it messed up, in the nearly 10 years i'v been going here, never once have i encounterd a rude staff member, i enjoy the food as well, incredible service and am very dissapointed in the overall reveiw, i think that this burgerking deserves to have more custermers and be reconized. i will never go to another burgerking. skip is also very good, a mess up here and there but thats when there's a ton of people ordering and in the building. love it. i recommend their double cheese burgers, never tasted anything so good. read more

On February 18th at 11:30pm - I was waited at the drive through for 5 minutes with no one answering. Continued to the window and the ladies working screamed at me saying I didn't speak into the mic and that they we're on a timer. Completely disregarded my feedback on what happened and was yelling over top of me insisting I was a liar. She should not be working customer service. read more

This slot is terrible for customer service! We eat burger king at least once a week and have recently started using skip the dish to order a few times. It's always great, the food is always excellent and tasty, there Grill chicken burger is my go to and my son LOVES chicken Fry's plus they have he best fast-food poutine!! read more

I haven't been there since they took away the $.99 Jr Whopper. I think that they use to be the most profitible Burger King in Canada but that must have been befoe the stopped with the $.99 Jr Whopper. If you bring it back I will be back. read more

Unfortunately I must agree with all the negative reviews about this Burger King in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada and as such leave one also. The branch manager Thia or Tia or Thea with its blue green hair mumbling inside her face diaper wasn't accommodating at all. Unfriendly and very pushy in her opinions and always right of course it is. It kept mumbling in suffocated whimpers something about being a private branch of Burger King and that they do don't this and that here and charges for every crumb and that all the branches (even the other fast food chains since they've been to all of them naturally) are doing it now whereas last week my order was placed at a different location Burger King perfectly, friendly and no problem. Maybe get Burger King to take a hard look at branch managers such as this negative example who are driving profits down with their self entitled proud ignorant attitude instead of up. This was the most disgusting display of customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life! aside from the fact that the manager did not have her hair tied up and her teeth were so full of grossness I almost vomited I sat in line for 20 minutes and then argued with them about the fact that their microphone was so loud I had a headache by the time I got to the mike!
