Ive been here 3 times in last 90 days. Each time its 45 mins in the drive thru. Ive burned off an average of 1/3 of a gallon of gas each time. They do the community no service at all being open. If u dont compare your reciept line by line then your orders gonna be crap. read more

The black lady at the drive thru window was so nice and courteous I asked her if I could go inside to use the bathroom and was told I could I approached the front door and it was GROSS so DIRTY I could not bring myself to touch it so I used my sweater sleeve ( I know gross ) the toilet was worse but I had to go so I lined the seat with toilet paper and had a good look around it was just as dirty as the outside door I have not gone to a Burger King for a couple of years and always loved their food I simply hope their employee cleanliness is better than the their toilet and doors. ( Ps. I can only imagine what their men's bathroom looks like ). This is a shame for them not to have these places clean. read more

Haven't been going to North Versailles McDonalds because they never got my order right. I started to to go to Burger King. The last two times I've gone I've ordered the Whopper and when I get home it's wrong. Tried calling to ask how I would order my sandwich to get it the way I want, never received an answer. Wonder if they're getting so many complaints they don't even answer the phone! I tried to patronize local businesses, but I guess I'll have to go out of North Versailles. read more

It all depends on what time of day you decide to eat. I've stopped at this location at night when working night shift and have had good customer service.... but stopped in today around 5ish and the service was pretty bad. I picked up some food for my family through the drive thur... not an uncommon mistake at a fast food joint but they screwed up the order by giving me the wrong drinks and sizes... and hey I completely understand we all make mistakes and it really didn't upset me. The issue was when ever I nicely informed the drive thur attended of the mistake... she quickly got defensive and tried to reverse the blame stating that, that's what I ordered and refused to give me the right order. When I looked over the receipt to prove myself right (which it did), she quickly withdrawal and disappeared to the back refusing to even look at the receipt... and to top it off when I looked in the bag they forgot several things of food. Again I'm understanding it was a mistake, but when you make a mistake and its obviously your fault... don't give attitude, own up to it we all make mistakes read more

Giving a one star is generous. Worst BK ever. Wrong orders, bad attitudes and poorly made cold food. Once I even got an unrecognizable cold beverage with ice in my take out coffee cup. I would like to patronize this local fast food restaurant but is just too terrible. I have given it more than one chance and have been disappointed every time. read more

this is the best Burger King I have gone to. I visit this location once every couple months.

My daughter and I will go here sometimes just to make bets on how long it will take. They are so ridiculously slow that it is laughable. I usually pull out of the drive thru before we get anywhere near ordering. I mean, it's only funny for so long. I also drive by on my way home from work, see the line, and laugh. I honestly don't know how they're still open. Zero work ethic, zero customer service skills, zero chance at a productive life. Good luck with that! Lol read more

I'm not gonna get racial but, management needs to micro manage this location, you got young kids in there who don't want to be there .and they, give you outdated, and nuke warm food the, chicken fries I was gonna Gonna to feed my one year old them, but she put them in the toilet, which is where they belong. They were hard and tasted burnt. I will not be going to this location anymore, and getting shafted for a 16 dollar meal that should be worth .10, and to the young urban boy rushing me to order, don't talk about the girls you f)(-)nved at the drive thru, I guess it explains, why your in fast food young blood, I'm black and I sense how unprofessional this location is. Burger King - Do better. Or quit - Burgers Near Me - North Versailles, Pennsylvania

First, the place is a mess, food and paper crowns all over the dining area and tables. I get that things get hectic, but do the bare minimum and make it appear somewhat clean. They weren't even busy when I got there. Maybe that had just gotten done with a rush? But still, at least try a little to keep the place clean. Second, after working an 11 hour day and being on my feet for all of it, the two girls behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for 12 minutes (I timed it) while they took drive thru orders, bagged food and joke around. One of them actually made eye contact with me while she was leaning against the window with the orders doing nothing at one point and still didn't ask me if I'd been helped or even asked me to hold on. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have sufficed. The line behind me piled up with about 6 customers. She finally yelled to the back for someone else to come and help the people waiting on line. The girl in the back yelled something back at her, basically "no". They went back and forth laughing about it for another 3 minutes, until she finally came up and said "What do you want?" As if I was inconveniencing her! No apology for the wait or anything. I've worked in fast food before, one of the places being Burger King actually. And if someone is not up there to take care of the front and you see customers waiting (for 10+ minutes!), you go up there and just take their orders! Like I said, they were not slammed. I pulled into the drive thru at 3:40am and was told that the system was rebooting and would be about 15 minutes did I want to wait and I responded yes. I stayed at the speaker waiting to order but no one ever came back. Now it's 355am and another car pulls up and waits for a couple minutes and still no one takes an order. The car behind me backs up and begins circling the restaurant, still no one comes on the speaker. It's 405am and I pull up to the window and see a young man in the kitchen but never comes to the window. To me this is normal because they are always slow and the food is cold to warm never fresh and pray you get the sandwich you ask for. read more

Wish i could give 0 stars! Waited 42 minutes in the drive thru. There were only 6 cars ahead of me! Completely rude when I got to the window. No apology no explanation! Then opened up my sandwich and it was ice cold. Went in and got laughed at by a young girl who was on her cell phone at the counter. read more

Went there for a quick burger, I got the bacon king burger as i was eating it all that I tasted was salt as if the workers took the whole thing of salt and put it in the burger. So if you like a lot of salt on your food go here if not don't go here. read more

I ordered door dash from this place and when I received it from the start it was incorrect. First, the girl hands me my drink and tells me they told her to let me know the cherry icee was broke so they gave me coke. They should have called me because I don't like the coke and that wasn't what I ordered. Then when I opened my bag, I was missing my nuggets. Not knowing I had to contact door dash for a refund, I call the store and speak with the manager, Chris. He tells me they can't refund me my money beings door dash is a 3rd party. They are the ones who are always screwing up orders and can't compensate me. When I said that to him he asked me why I keep coming back if my order is always wrong. That was an inappropriate remark to make to a customer. I told him to be a manager and train his employees properly so they know how to pack an order (out of rage). He then laughed. Very poor customer service. Very poor work ethic. This store doesn't even deserve stars. They should have closed this one and kept the store on 48 open. read more
