There's a reason this DQ has better ratings than the one in White Oak. The staff here is just peachy and my order is always right. The one in White Oak is a total dumpster fire. This one is conveniently located on 30 and they have a nice big parking lot. You can easily leave the line if you want to. It's just great. read more

A nice DQ on Rt 30 in N Versailles. My grandson was suffering from terrible hunger pangs after school that only DQ could resolve. A burger and fries later, he was starting to recover, but needed a large cherry dipped vanilla cone to get over the edge from starvation. Phew...that was a close one. He's gonna make it. I ordered a banana split blizzard today. The cup had a lot of give to it as though it was not a nice thick, able to turnover, blizzard. It was more like a very thin milkshake. Maybe it was a new person and hadn't learned how to make them yet. They probably didn't tilt the ladle and drain the juice from the pineapple and strawberries. It tasted good, but I didn't order a thin milkshake! Hopefully someone will teach them how they are made!!! read more

Nothing beats a DQ cake so I went to pick one up for my daughter's birthday & found out they had decorate your own ice cream cupcake kits! Of course I had to grab a pack (there were 4). Such a nice treat to start my daughter's birthday weekend off right. Not to mention we are quarantined so this made our boring Friday night extra fun! They freeze blasted everything so nothing melted on the way home. Also, while I'm writing this...The new owners are super friendly and you can tell the employees have fun at their jobs by the way they treat their customers. My order hasn't been wrong yet, which used to happen a lot before this new ownership. The drive thru makes it so nice to pick up some warm food with 2 toddlers in the back seat. They have excellent customer service. New owners are much better than old ones. They care about their community. Everyone of their cakes are well designed and made. My burgers are made the way I like also. The shakes are good and my kids love going there. read more

Tonight I pulled into Dairy Queen in North Versailles. There was one vehicle in front of me in the drive through section. As there is little room for vehicles I pulled close to the one vehicle in front of me to make room for others behind, which were four. That was a mistake. I waited 18 minutes for the 1 car in front of me to receive their order. The cars behind me were also stuck in line. I left as soon as the vehicle in front of me left. I will not go back to this new Dairy Queen, which is under new ownership! Suggestion: when people are ordering grilled food have them pull their vehicle aside so others can go through to get their orders Or better yet have the drive though for only ice cream orders. read more

So i go get a Butterfinger Blizzard at the drive-thru and realize it's all Butterfinger and no ice cream... i talk to the manager she said i couldn't get a new one because i tried to eat some of it. Then proceeded to give me a little bowl of icecream and a spoon to mix it with which was impossible. So i threw it in the trash. One of the girls said it was made wrong, but thanks for nothing. I was very disappointed. I have been going to this dairy Queen for over 15 years now and I have never experienced such poor service and management is worst. When I called back to complain the manager was rude and asked me if I had a pencil and paper and preceded to spell her name which was Tammy as she spelled it. Lol. Location is only open during the summer months and still can't get it together. They don't have any of the deals all of the other Dairy Queen's have and don't accept coupons. They are usually out of something every time i order. Save yourself the headache and drive the extra 10 minutes to White oak. read more

Although the food seems fine at this dairy queen, the manager is extremely rude and her employees seem to be intimidated by her. I was offered whipped cream and nuts and not told that it was 59 cents extra for each, when I said I didn't want them after learning I would be charged for them, I was told that they were already made and I had to take them, then the owner/manager came to the window and started yelling at me that I was costing her money and to never return to her dairy queen, I told her quite honestly that I wouldn't. There's another dairy queen in White Oak that has nice, happy employees and they dont yell at you! This woman may stay in business because people dont know any better (Ive heard similiar stories form other people), but she could easily have a much more successful business if she tried practicing good business practices read more

I can't even give a star at all! I've been going to this Dairy Queen for over 15 years and the owner and manager (her daughter) have always had a bad attitude. This evening I go to take my boys for ice cream and my son always orders vanilla ice cream in a cup with colored sprinkles with chocolate dip poured over it. Tonight, we order this and the girl says she is not allowed to do it. I proceed to say, I do not understand, you've been doing it for years. The "manager" (daughter) starts screaming at me with an attitude stating they can't do it cause it's cross contamination and can cause allergies?? I can see a cone because the sprinkles can fall into the chocolate dip that they are pouring over but not a cup? So I ask why the attitude and screaming and she says I'm screaming at her?! No, i wasn't but now i am and i told her I will take my business else where as I threw a few F bombs and flipped her the finger when I got to the window! Yes, immature of me, however I was just in total disbelief that your mom owns the place and you guys have such horrible customer service and attitude. So I went to the DQ in White Oak, and guess what?! I got what i wanted! The manager there said yes, it can't be done on a cone but a cup yes! Also, I called after I left the NV DQ and the manager says I don't want to talk to you right now! Really?! Well you guys suck anyway, you see your ratings and comments? You close in the winter, your young kids have no clue, you don't take credit or debit unless it's over $5! Looks like my business will be going to White Oak DQ!
